PRECISION PEST MANAGEMENT

I'm giving it two stars because the guy that actually came out was really nice and polite, but I canceled my services early February and someone came out to spray my yard in mid March even though I had canceled over a month in advance. I got charged for the service and I've tried calling a huge amount of times with no results, two times they answered, the first time they said "yea we'll refund your money, but our manager is not here right now to issue the refund" a few weeks later I called and a guy's said "sorry it looks like they forgot to process the refund" and I've called and called and no one answers or calls me back.. ***I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR ****

This company is a scam. I hired them a year back for cockroaches problem. They could get rid of it despite their quarterly service and charges.

Things went mostly alright, but then after over a year we decided we wanted to cancel to save money and also because we still had wasps and ants. That was when things started going horribly wrong. My wife called them on 10-7-2017 at 1:39pm to try to cancel service, and was told she needed to speak to a 'route manager' (who of course was not available). I rolled my eyes, but she was forwarded to voicemail and left a detailed message. We didn't hear back and assumed we were good. Around 12-8-2017 we got a notice of service for 12-13-2017. My wife immediately called again at 3:34pm and asked again to cancel. Again she was told she needed to speak to someone who, you guessed it, was not available. She said we'd already been through that and insisted on someone else, so was put on hold. After a too long hold, she hung up and called back at 3:41pm. She finally got through to someone who told her to email them at precisionpest@gmail.com to cancel. The employee promised that the cancellation would occur before the next service date of 12-13-2017. My wife sent the email at 3:57pm on 12-8-2017 and we got no response. On 12-13-2017, precision pest management came for service and left a notice with auto draft. That night we sent an unhappy email, including an additional email we found online. We requested that we be cancelled again, and that we not be charged for the visit since we had asked to cancel and been told explicitly that it would happen. This time, we actually got a response that we were officially cancelled. In that response, it showed a zero balance. It said if there was a remaining balance shown it would charge in 15 days, but since it showed zero we didn't worry. On 1-13-2018, they charged our credit card for $92.01 (the service amount). Nothing in the prior correspondence indicated this would happen, since we had shown a zero balance and it was a full month later. We again contacted them, and they said it was for the service in december. We wrote them back that we had been promised we would be cancelled before the service, and they indicated that there is a 30 day written cancellation required. That's great, except we had tried to cancel starting 10-7-2017 and they did not indicate that either on the phone or in email prior to this point. Had their employees told us to submit the cancellation in writing in october, none of this would have happened. But they didn't. Had they told us in December when we called, instead of ensuring us the cancellation would happen in time, it might be different. But they didn't. So either their employees are not trained on how people need to cancel, which is bad enough, or they just lied hoping we would not cancel or that at least they would get one more service out of us. Either way, reprehensible customer service. Now we have had to submit a dispute with our credit card company and submit a complaint with the BBB. Stay away! Stay far, far away!

They were punctual and just came in and did their job. I have noticed a significant decrease in pests since just the first treatment.

Don't perform the job they say they will. Unresponsive. Sloppy.

They do really good work. I was satisfied with what they did.

I found army ants within a couple of feet of my house and that is not supposed to happen. So they came back. You get these in the yard and they bite you. I have actually been bitten by them and I got all those boils and everything. That wasn't a pleasant experience. I didn't realize because I came from Virginia and I went out into the yard and put my knee down and it went into a mound. I had about 30 or 40 bites. But they came and resprayed the whole thing and took care off that.

Overall they have a great company. They use organic insecticide. I just don't find organic to be as effective. They did treatment for ants and the ants came back after two months. The same thing both inside and outside of the house. They are very prompt and responsive. They are really economical and those are really good things. But their products I am not sure they have long term accuracy. But that is natural because it''s organic. It's good because I do have a dog, but I do look for an alternative because I have been using them for a year now. They do the service every 3 months. I have not had any problems, and they have been responsive. I think the price is comparable others. The chemicals are not great, but I don't think I would blame them for that. They have done a good job and usually I have not had a problem with their work. It's just that the chemicals are not as affected. I have seen a wasps nest on my house and I have seen the ants come back. They came back out and they redid it and it went away. Because of the heat it goes away really fast. They do the outside and it takes about 20 minutes, but they don't need anyone to be insides the house. They just let me know in advance so that the dog is not outside and that is pretty much all they need. For inside treatment it takes about 20 minutes. They are responsive. The couple of times that I had issues they came by in the next 2 days and sprayed everything. They do quality treatments and if there is an incident I just want them to take care of it, and they do that very well.

I waited 3.5 hours on Mon and they didn't show up. I rescheduled for today for 8-8:30A. I have been told for the last hour that "they are on their way". Tech was very good and I will give them another chance

I did not purchase from them. Their door-to-door tactics are annoying and unwelcome. I will never, ever buy from anyone doing doorstop hard sell. If they are so good at ridding my home of pests, how come they still show up at my door?

Just knock it off with your door to door sales, ok?

They have done a pretty good job. If you have a problem they are there, Johnny on other spot. They are always available when you call them, even if it's on Saturday. I know they do really great work, will never change companies. They have great service.

I had purchased a Groupon for $29 for exterior and interior perimeter pest control , and scheduled a treatment appointment. An agent contacted me to drop in on the same day of the treatment appointment to talk about their services. I politely declined, but they insisted to come in person. I initially accepted, but called their office again a day prior to the appointment and let them know that i was not available to talk to the agent, but they could complete the treatment service. However, the Agent showed up ( Apparently my message was not delivered by their office staff), and tried to make me sign their yearly service agreement. I politely declined their upsell yearly contract and apologized they did not get my message. Later that day, the treatment guys showed up and completed the work in less than 10 minutes for the entire 4000sq ft house interior and exterior. They did a very unprofessional job. Had they done a good job, I would have definitely considered them for my pest control services in future.

It usually takes them about one half to an hour to spray. When ever I call, they come out to clean up the dead mice. They are very quick, it took them about one to two hours to come out after I called them today.

I've been using Precision Pest since we first moved to Texas in 2006 and couldn't be more pleased at the service they provide. They currently provide a bi-monthly exterior service for a reasonable price. They have always been extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs whenever called upon, even when we discovered moths in our pantry, they came out and treated at no charge!!. Superb operation and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control company to utilize.

It always goes great and we have been using them for more than a year. Very professional, punctual and will do the right thing even if they are losing money on an advice. They are extremely responsive and will take care of your issue immediately.

Great customer service, home is now pest free. Quick response to emergency requests. Usually same day.

When calling to make an appt, someone kindly explained to me that the deal does not cover the entire home like eaves, etc. He tried to upsell me to an annual agreement so we would get the entire home covered. But when I asked him how much it was for a one time entire home treatment, he said it was $199. OK, so then I said the voucher was listed for a $199 package. He said no, that I would have to pay the $170 extra!!! Then how much was the treatment offered on Amazon really worth? Voucher specifically says $29 for a $199 package. Anyways...sure seems like they are more interested in upselling than honoring their deals. Just my 2 cents, but beware of any deals on FB, Amazon, or other. As for their actual service provided, I decided not to deal with them and got a refund from Amazon.

They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They come in between treatments if I have any pest issues. I really am very satisfied with their services and wish more residential service companies were like them.

Cary came to our house when we first moved in to sell us on his services. We were admittedly skeptical about purchasing regular pest control, but he made some compelling arguments. It was by far one of the best investments that we've made. Price-wise, they're in the same ballpark as nearly any other pest control company in the area, but service-wise they are STELLAR. We receive a postcard telling us when to expect them, when they show up they are quick and respectful, and their products are effective. When I call for periodic in-between service needs (a spider here, an ant there), they are usually able to service me not only on the same day, but within a couple of hours. And even though Cary has hundreds of customers, whenever I call he always recognizes me. That's truly personal service, and not what you'd expect in your pest company. But if you really want to know what kind of company Precision is, this story will tell you everything you need to know: I was having my tiles cleaned, and as a result had the front door open for several hours. So it was no surprise that a wasp got into the house. When I discovered this, my husband wasn't home, and my three young children were. It was nearly the end of the business day, and I had to leave the house within 25 minutes. I was in crisis mode. I called Cary, and he called all of his guys to figure out who was the closest. The one he found was maybe 15 minutes away, but he booked it to my house in 10. He took care of the wasp, and I was still able to get my daughter to gymnastics on time. Now THAT is service.

They did not charge anything on this particular visit. Jason takes a special interest in making sure everything is going well and is done correctly. If you ever have a question about anything they will answer it for you. They take the time to get to know their customers.

When i started using them, they were great. On time, didn't have to pay when shouldn't; really great. Now: they were a day and a half late and didn't even call to let me know; they say i have to pay EVERY time (even when i started, my contract said i didn't have to pay between spray treatments). I would not recommend.

I spend $70 on that service. Recently, they did not show up they said there would be there or they don’t show up. When I started using them, they were really good.

They are very courteous and responsive to any special requests I have about covering special areas with their chemicals. They have also been prompt about coming over in between services if I need help. This is a big factor as many past control companies don't come over for free in between service calls. Once I had rats in my backyard and called them - they had a guy over in a few hours to lay a trap. In a week I could smell a dead rat - they came over the same day, found the rat and removed it. Money well spent!

They know what they are doing and they came as often as I needed. They were very flexible and helpful with the payment.
