Made appointment Friday, for service today between 9 and 12 noon. No show. At 12:30 Called the company, left message. At 2 PM I was called back and told they didn't know why I wasn't serviced. At 2:30 an employee called and said he would be over shortly. I cancelled the appointment. I wasted a whole day, and would not have confidence in getting them back if repair of spa was defective. Bad experience, and I called them because of how well Angie's list customers rated them

Excellent service!!! Very prompt with initial consultation and plans for pool. After approval, started pool within a week and continued daily until pool was finished. The craftsmanship exhibited by the crews that built the pool was amazing. They really do high quality work. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

They are fantastic. We went through three other companies that couldn’t handle it. They also do the regular pool care and the care our jacuzzi. It is nice to know they can handle any problems even when you are out of town.

Our pool pump had stopped working and we unfortunately did not realize until after hours Saturday. We left a voice mail for service department and hoped for the best. We were thinking $700 minimum for a new 2 1/2 hp pump. Marc returned our call shortly afterwards going over the possibilities - answering all of our questions and concerns. He detailed how a new pump may not be necessary and they would first rule out the pump motor starting capacitor(I think...) as the Texas heat will cause those to burn out prematurely. Pool Environments came out Monday and luckily the pump motor was fine and it was much cheaper than we first thought. We will definitely use them for any future pool service needs! Highly recommended!

Our pool and spa lights had not worked for some time. Ted came out to see if it might be something minor and determined electricians were needed. Our pool and spa are 25 years old so it was no wonder we needed new wiring and lights. The electricians were quick and knowledgeable. We were having a party on August 4th so we were concerned the lights would not be fixed in time. We were very appreciative of their assurance that the repair would be done prior to our party date. We also appreciated the 10% discount because we found them on Angie's List. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call one week after the repair to make sure the lights were working and that we were happy with the repairs. Who provides that kind of Customer Service these days??

My pool pump wasnt working so I called them and they sent out a technician within the same day. The technician went through the old pump and took it completely apart to make sure he wasn't missing anything. Turns out the pump was dead with bad bearings and motor, he showed me the issue and recommended a new pump. Installed that same day and with no mess, hassle or problemsNew pump works great (Better than the old)!!Technician was great and FAST. he arrived exactly on time and got right to the problem quickly After the work I went online and looked up the price of the same pump that was installed and found a better deal, Granted I there was labor costs but the price still seemed a little too high.(angies list discount helped) Overall I would definatly use this company again.

Wow- what service! Our pool has been one problem after another after we moved here. The company we were using had a great tech but the service manager lacked professionalism ( for example, forgetting to send someone out and not returning calls). We found this company on Angieslist and were blown away by them. They could not get someone out right away but wanted to try and help immediately by troubleshooting over the phone. Mark was able to come out the next day and quickly discovered the potential problem and gave us direction to help us figure out if it was the only problem. Our pool is up and running. We have some other bigger pool projects we are thinking about and this is the company we want to give our money to.

He was very good with follow up and we are happy with him.

Very fast response, felt like the tech was honest and he explained what was wrong and provided a detailed cost breakdown. Work was done quickly. I was billed which is kind of unheard of lately. I received multiple follow ups including hand written notes of thanks for my business which I appreciated. The office staff was also helpful and attentive. I WILL use this company again in a heartbeat.

We've had several problems with our pool that went neglected due to unemployment. We had a few pool repair companies come out and try to sell us on the "right" solution. However, my husband is quite knowledgeable about the pool and equipment and could tell he was being sold a bill of goods.Pool Environment was the only provider who was open and honest with us. They understood that since we were still recovering financially, they needed to prioritize the most important items to fix first. We had problems with our filter, our control panel was dead, our pipes had air pockets...to name a few items. While we've completed the first round of repairs and are working on the next round, I felt that it was important to rate their service so far with us.Thank you, Pool Enviroments!

They hepled me understand all the issues with the pool and was willing to work out doing it in small pices. In the end i decided to go ahead and do as much as was needed to get everything back up and running

The pump was not staying primed and I couldn't figure out the problem. After replacing an O ring. the problem was still there. I called this company after checking Angie's list and they had a coupon for new customers. I called and set up for them to come out as soon as possible. I know everyone told me their names, but I now forget them. At any rate. they didn't know for sure if they could make it that afternoon, but one of the servicemen was in the area and had just finished up near by. So he came by and quickly knew what the issue was. It was something that I should have checked, but didn't even consider. He checked everything to make sure it was all now operational. Very friendly people and not condescending at all. I find with a lot of service people this is the case, but not here. I plan on using them again should the need arise.

Very professional, diagnosed the problem and gave us a complete list of parts and all the costs. Very nice to work with.

They responded by phone quickly and make repair the same day. There is no room for improvement. I won't call anyone else.

It went very well. A few days after the work was done, he had to come back as the unit wasn't working. He called showed up on time and said it was something minor. They did not charge me for the return call, which was greatly appreciated. It has been working fine for several weeks now. The unit no longer leaks and we are back to adding water on a much less regular basis. They are great with follow up.

Tim was terrific, taking the time to show me the issues and even how some of my equipment worked. He determined my level of knowledge and used that to explain things at that level. He did not talk down or start at pool 101. I was very pleased with the company and specifically with Tim.

We uncovered the hot tub to add its regular chemicals and discovered that the water was very low. We added water with the garden hose, but the next day, the level was low again. We called the sprinkler service that had just been here, thinking that they must have turned off the water supply to the auto-fill mechanism, but they checked and all valves were open. The technician opened the area in the hot tub that held the auto-fill mechanism and said that was possibly the problem. We called our regular service company, but they couldn't get to us for two weeks, so we went to Angie's List and liked what we read about Pool Environments. We gave them a call and they sent Randy within a couple of days. He cleared the auto-fill line, replaced the mechanism, and then, as the tub started to fill, discovered that the underground drain pipe was broken, causing the water to leak out of the tub. He did not have everything at hand, so he turned off the water supply and returned (after a rain delay) to repair the pipe and get things working again. We had had work done last summer, and the technician (not from Pool Environments) replaced the air switch but said he could not get it back through the underground conduit pipe, so he left it above ground. Randy replaced the broken conduit pipe and inserted our air switch line through it like it should have been. Needless to say, Pool Environments has a new customer! We were impressed by Randy's workmanship, knowledge, and helpfulness. We were also thankful for our Angie's List "first time customer" discount! We will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises and can recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs quality service (and a problem-solver).

It was great. We had no problems. They had excellent service. He showed up on time. He completed the work quickly. He was very polite and friendly.
