ADDITIONAL EMAIL: SERVICE@POOLENVIRONMENTS.COM Pool Environments offers an array of services including; Re-Construction and/or Remodeling, Water Feature construction, Koi Ponds, Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces, and Outdoor Living Areas. New Construction starting in the mid 60K's. Our Full Service Department specializes in repair of pools, spas, creeks, water features, and koi ponds. An Emergency Service line, as well as extended service hours, sets our Service Department apart from the rest. Follow the prompts on our main office number to report a critical emergency. Proceed by pressing the recommended #, and leave your name and phone number, as well as a brief message. The emergency line is answered from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, 365 days a year. If you do not get a return call within 20 minutes, please call again and repeat the previous instructions. Our service call rate is $65.00 and we charge a diagnostic fee of $52.00. The Diagnostic fee will be waived upon completion of the work by Pool Environments. We offer a preventative maintenance service. As a Platinum Service member you will receive 60 days of labor quality guaranteed. Please call for the complete details and benefits of this program. Our repairs are based on block pricing instead of hourly and are quoted with set prices (unless previously discussed). The pricing allows our clients to feel confident that they are receiving the highest care at a great value. New Angie's list clients can qualify for a one time complimentary "Pool School". This includes a personalized "one on one" instruction at your residence, on the operation of your equipment, as well as complete care for your pool. If you are looking for a warehouse bargain discounter we are not going to be a good fit. We believe that incorporating value and integrity with the highest customer service allows our clients to feel confident in their choice to use Pool Environments. We will not take short cuts in quality or safety, even if it means loosing a job.

Description of Work: Marc was excellent - I put in a request to add a Heater to my pool and he came out the same day. They were prompt on services made sure everything worked and followed weeks later. I would use again and recommend. We used heater this weekend for Birthday swimming pool party and heated pool up quick.

We have a 3 point, cross check system on every phone call that comes into our office. Unfortunately, we do not show that we have ever received a call from this member. We by no means are perfect and mistakes are occasionally made, but on this particular call perhaps we were confused with another company. We are glad the member found someone to help them with their needs.

We have been blessed with a flood of estimates for tile and plaster work. It has been almost impossible to keep up. I have brought in additional management to help. This is all on me we have a 'Rohr on the boards I was assuming it was this project. It never hit me we had 2 so close. Please forgive my mistake. We are not perfect but we try hard. Not a good experience.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate to resurface and replace tile. Received a call the next day saying it would be around 9k to 20k. Did not sound like he wanted the business. Said it would be sometime in May before he could get out to even look at the pool.

We are always excited to receive new prospects. During our initial visit with the prospect we offer a rough “ball park” estimate for the services they are requesting. Unfortunately, our estimators schedule was booked two weeks out when the member called. We strive to always represent our company with an honest, upfront approach regarding both pricing and scheduling and feel badly that the member felt that we were not interested in their business due to the busy spring season.

Fantastic
Description of Work: After other service providers came by and suggested a complete overhaul and about 25% more for the pump replacement, these guys came in and fixed us up in a hurry for less and the system works great. They showed up within 24 hours as promised. Needless to say this was the best experience in about 10 visits from pool supply/maintenance crews in a year and a half.

Description of Work: I have a new pump that needs to be installed and they quoted me a charge of over $1000 to do the install. People I spoke with were very nice but that is as much as the pump cost. I have a lot of pool remodel work to do in the near future and was looking for someone to build a relationship with prior to committing to extensive remodels. This company does not seem to be reasonable with respect to price on a project that is as simple as installing 2 pieces and pvc pipe and connecting 3 wires.

We created a policy for installing equipment not purchased by Pool Environments from unaccountable sources. We will only install equipment from manufacturers with our same professionalism, integrity and quality. Anytime we install an approved piece of equipment purchased by the pool owner we must install it with a Pool Environments warranty policy purchased as a part of the installation. We created this policy due to a circumstance or two when equipment provided by a pool owner was installed in which the history of the equipment was not provided to us. After its installation the equipment failed to operate properly, or not at all. P.E. was left with an unhappy client, no fault of PE, due to the lack of warranty. We made each of these circumstances “right”, at our expense because our goal is to have clients for life. We are able to protect our integrity and our client’s equipment, responsibly and professionally with this policy. We have not had a single negative incident since implementing this policy. It has improved customer satisfaction. In this particular request, the pump requested for install was a variable frequency pump with an on board computer that regulates energy use, safety entrapment, and volume of water pumped. Its manufacturers suggested price ranges from $2,300 to $3,300 depending on the exact model. We did handle this request professionally. We refused to install it without the 3 year parts and labor warranty included in the installation price. The installation of this highly technical piece of equipment was explained in detail. Pool Environments #1 priority is to uphold our reputation of integrity and professionalism while providing excellent customer service. We appreciate Angie’s List for providing a forum for honest reporting and rewarding those who continually receive positive reports.

Description of Work: The motor on our pool wasn't working when we returned from our weekend trip. I called Pool Environments at 8:00 and they were here at 11:15. They found the problem and replaced a part. They said I would receive a bill in the mail. When it arrived, I was shocked at how reasonable they were with the price. I received credit for being an Angie's list member and a new customer. i have used many pool companies, but never one this good.

Description of Work: Pool Environments broke up an old pool deck, added drainage and poured a new deck; resurfaced the pool, updated the pool equipment to a salt system and built a waterfall.

He helped me with some other things too. He was amazing. He knew things about the pool that other pool experts had not known and, they explained how to use certain pool features. I cannot say enough about how bright this young man was. I will use them again because the pool suite that I have is not the one I want. I will call back and check if they install the pool suite that I want. If I buy the suite they might take out another $50.

They have a guy named Ted Anderson who is like the navy seal of all pool guys. He does it by the book and even leaves you a binder of information to help you with any problems. They do a fabulous job. We would highly recommend them to anyone. This is a awesome business to have doing work for you.
