"On July 2 Sprinkler Solutions was to come out and inspect our system and repair a few issues. He came and did the work. The next day the bill arrives showing I have to pay him plus a helper that was never mentioned to a tune of $303. I paid the bill without complaining thinking everything is fixed. A month later I am discovering they never checked the system because I am finding sprinkler heads completely backwards shooting water at the house. And all the sprinklers are not functioning properly. So now I have to fix it myself because I can't afford to pay another company to do it. We are seniors on a fixed income with health issues. Shame on them!"

Initially, they damaged the first internet wire that connects to my home, which they informed us about. However, despite their awareness of not having the correct mapping of our underground wires, they proceeded to cut three additional wires, resulting in a loss of internet service that affected our home for a significant period of time. The business demonstrated negligence by persisting with trenching despite being aware of incorrect markings and severing a wire leading to our property. Instead of rectifying the error and obtaining accurate mapping, they continued trenching unabated. Consequently, the severed wires disrupted our internet connectivity, leaving my husband unable to work for hours despite attempting to use a hotspot, which proved futile due to the computer's inability to connect. This disruption had a direct impact on my husband, who is a contractor and relies on a stable internet connection to carry out his work. As a consequence of this company's actions, he suffered a loss of income. I have reached out to the owner Scott Covert multiple times, and all he mentioned that my claim was comical and that we should have used a hotspot. Oh well!"
