Description of Work: Did not come anywhere near expectations - still resolving issues that involved manufacturing defects + wrong material/model + poor installation. Today was the fourth time someone from Pella was here to review problems, and promised everything would be taken care of - we'll see!

Description of Work: Replace windows and front door. Put wrong size windows in kitchen, they only fixed the problem because they weren't paid and I gave them 30 days to fix the problem before I called another window replacement company.

Description of Work: The work was done in a two-year period, at my request. The first installation was for two bay windows and five average-sized windows. The second was for four double-windows, two singles and a patio door. Each installation took one day, including removal, installation, and clean-up. I am very pleased with the work and the immediate difference in lower utility bills.

Description of Work: We have Pella windows in all but two rooms of our home. We also have all Pella doors. Each purchase and installation was professional, timely installations by professionals that knew trade well. Never had a blip in any installation. They are energy efficient and the noise reduction is amazing.

Description of Work: We replaced the windows in our house in groups. The front and later the side and later the back. We purchased Pella Fiberglass windows, which are expensive but if you are planning to stay in your home, it is worth every penny of it. The installation was perfect! Our representative was special and wonderful to work with. A great experience.

Description of Work: We needed a door replaced to our backyard that had been leaking. They asked questions about the door when we initially called and we made it clear that it was an oversized door that was glass. When the guy who was going to do the estimate came by he said that the door could not be fixed or replaced because it was a brand that he was unfamiliar with. He did not leave any paperwork or anything else behind (our live in nanny had let him in). A week later we got a bill for $50 for the "estimate". When we called about the bill to speak with a manager we kept getting the run around. The manager that was supposed to call us never did. I wish I could in my business charge people for informing that I am too incompetent to help them. Terrible experience terrible company.
