Description of Work: As August is approaching I wanted the AC system pressures checked. In the Spring when Service Experts came out for the scheduled maintenance some refrigerant was added, consequently I wanted to be sure the pressures were correct during extended service for the rest of the summer. The tech spent 45 minutes at the unit to confirm all was well. I was standing close to him reviewing the pressures so there is personal confirmation in itself.

Description of Work: I have used this company for several years and have paid for the one-year maintenance agreement for most of those years. This was an annual AC unit spring checkup as part of the prepaid maintenance agreement. That agreement costs $138. | |The service company called to advise that the technician could arrive sooner than had been scheduled for the day, if we wanted to have an earlier appointment, so we took advantage of that. | |The service technician was friendly and professional. He completed the spring checkup, provided recommendations to enhance the unit, and scheduled an appointment for the fall furnace checkup. |

Description of Work: Justin came to check out our A/C which had stopped working (luckily before the temperatures got too high). He ended up having to replace the fan motor that was installed last August. As it was warranty work, there was no charge. Justin was pleasant and professional...as usual!

Description of Work: Did a complete run through of the HVAC system in our home. Our system is loud in the house, and we wanted to make sure it was working properly. He checked this out as well for no cost, turned out to be a loud unit, that didnt need to be replaced unless we wanted to uneccesarrily pay for a new unit that was quieter.

I would certainly recommend Service Experts to anyone who would want to have their air conditioner and heater inspected and maintained. The charge for this service was minimal.
