It went good.

They came out pretty quick.

I called the insurance company and they contacted them. They called us and set an appointment. They came out, fixed it and left. They cleaned up their mess before they left.

I chose this company because I had dealt with them before. I did see that they had positive comments on Angie's List. It was a weekend situation, and they got the unit fixed. I would like to reserve my comments to when I will be using them in a couple week.

I've been very happy with their service. They always have very good people come out. They're very professional. I've never compared their prices, so I don't know really. I would say they're competitive w/ the prices I hear on TV and radio. They always just before they come and they are always on time. I usually make my appointments several months in advance. They always call to confirm and arrive on time.

They always call and set up an appointment that works for us. He is very honest and always manages to teach me something and tells me what all the valves are for.

We had a thirty year old furnace and a fifteen year old A/C unit. They installed them with no problems. They did have to come back out to re-vent the indoor furnace, because the city inspector said they needed to.

We waited about 3 days to get the part in and it was a 'generic part.' We were previous customers and even had a service agreement with them. The tech they sent spoke barely comprehensible English. Very nice, but hard to understand.

Generally, they are very friendly and on time. A guy came out and diagnosed a problem that was very expensive. I called around and talked to some upper management at the same company and they said that my problem wasn't that big of a deal and it would be less expensive if I waited until winter to fix it due to summer demand.

They said that they were done, and I came back inside and the ductwork was howling when the A/C was turned on. They did not take time to make sure that everything was correct. I got to the point as to where I was not going to pay them till they fixed it. When they put in the heating units upstairs they did not put in the pipes according to the code.

I have an old York Air Handler and I need to get it replaced. My home warranty replaced my outdoor unit with a new 13 SEER model and didn t follow the minimum requirements to ensure the new system would be compatible with my old air handler. I have already gotten a few price quotes on a replacement air handler. All of the other companies have recommended that the Air Handler needs to be replaced for various reasons. I called Kruger s to ask if they could provide me a quote for a new air handler. I assumed that someone would need to come out and look at the location in order to provide me with an educated estimate. I was told that I would need to pay to have someone diagnose my current unit and then they can provide me options for a replacement unit. I told them that I have no desire to have my 25 year old unit diagnosed, and I would like someone to provide me a price for replacement only. They said they could not do that and still wanted to charge me a service fee for their "Comfort Technician" to come out here. I informed them that they were crazy and I would look elsewhere. My recommendation to anyone, don t even bother calling it seems more like a bait and switch scam than an HVAC company.

I called Kruger at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening after arriving home to a hot house. They said they'd do their best to work me in that evening. Two hours later a technician showed up (after calling ahead to warn me) and spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the problem. He told me the unit needed freon and told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. He checked out the rest of the unit and said it was in good working order and that the filter looked good. I appreciate that they worked me in and that the service was quick. I haven't had this problem in awhile, so I don't have prices to compare, but I would definitely use them again based on their customer service.

We have been using their services for about fourteen years. We like them. They stay in constant contact with us, they have same day service and they call before they come out. They were on time, gave us a good summary of what was available for replacement systems and helped us select the one that would best fit our needs.

I would recommend this company to other and I would use them again. They were professional in everyway, talking to them on the phone, in there performance.

I called to have someone come out when my a/c stopped working. I was so happy to hear they could come out the same day before 2pm. At 2:30 I called to see why I hadn't heard from them, and told my story to three different people. The last person said, "Oh, just an estimate?" put me on hold and then a 4th person picked up who didn't have a clue who I was or why I was calling. I've already wasted the whole day on these people, there's no way I want to hire them.

They did not show up as promised. When they did they did not have the part and had to wait 3 days to get a fan motor (not that rare of a part!) Employee was very nice but barely spoke English. I've used these guys in the past and they've been very nice. This time I was greatly disappointed and will not renew my service contract.

They are efficient, reasonable, cost effective and on time. They set reasonable hours to come and they will even come the weekends. I have no complainants about the service I receive from this company.

Kruger was the company that put it in initially. They were very good at that time and are also excellent when it comes to servicing the A/C. I plan to use them again in the future.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY KEEP THE AREA CLEAN. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. THEY HAVE REPAIRED MY HEATER AND A/C SEVERAL TIMES.
