Because both fixes were very minor I was only charged for the serivce call.

He was great to work with. He was very easy to work with and charged a very reasonable price.

Quick response, came out the next day. Fully explained the problem, fixed it quickly, and gave us a tip to keep the water dispenser from freezing up in the future. I would absolutely use him again!

Great service. They answered the phone promptly. We set an appointment, it was determined the dishwasher needed a new pump. They ordered it on Friday and came back and installed it on Monday. The dishwasher is just like new. We will definitely use them again when they need arises.

They were nice. The repairman was very nice. He checked the dryer. He told me that I needed a new motor and something appeared to be stuck in the vent hose. Then he called the supervisor and they agreed that I probably would be better to purchase a new dryer. I paid the service call and he left. I started looking for new dryers. I contacted another service provider and they diagnosed the problem. As a result, this company was kind enough to refund the service charge after I contacted them to let know the machine had been fixed by another company.

My husband was home I was not he seemed satisifed.

I was impressed by the knowledge and the courtesy of the service person, Aaron. Although the door on the dishwasher still leaks, I understand that it is not due to the services provided. It seems that the door is not working properly for other reasons. To repair it would cost more than the dishwasher is worth. I have decided to put up with it for now.

We were happy to get the machine fixed. He made sure the appointment times were convenient and stayed in touch.

Our dishwasher stopped in mid-cycle and was beeping continuously. I called to make a service appointment and talked with John. He suggested something I could try which would "fix" the problem, at least so that the cycle would finish (also avoiding a charge this time). He recommended that I call back if that did not work or if it continued to stop in mid-cycle. John answered the phone personally and sounded very knowledgeable and professional. He also displayed honesty and integrity by giving me something I could do first instead of just coming out and charging me for the trip, replacing a part, etc.

Aaron arrived on time, stayed about 2 hours tearing down the dishwasher and cleaning.

Serviceman was friendly , worked swiftlyy and was on time for both appointments. The first was to find what parts were needed and the second was to repair. The cost was exactly what I was prepared to pay and he gave me tips on replacement appliances. I would certainly recommend John's to others and would call them again if I needed repairs done.

The latch on my front loading washing machine broke (2nd time) and John replaced the latch. He was out the next day, on time & had the repair completed in record time. I felt comfortable having him in my home & will use him again.

I called in the morning asking for an appointment to repair my refrigerator and was able to get a 2-4pm window that day. Aaron came at 3:45pm after calling around 3pm to let me know an approximate time that he'd arrive. We was very friendly and professional. He explained that the compressor died on our refrigerator and took the time to explain why he thought it was not cost effective to replace the part. He then provided his thoughts on what brands and models of refrigerators he would recommend and which one to avoid. Since no repairs were made we only paid the $39.95 (plus tax) trip charge which is very reasonable compared to other companies I called.

The experience overall was wonderful. I will call John's Appliance Repair for future needs.

Aaron showed up on time. He determined that the drum bearing was worn out and replaced it. He removed enough of the cabinate so we could throughly clean out all of the accumulated lent. He recommended replacing the belt, but did not have one on the truck to fit. He made several other recommendations to extedn the useful life of the washer and dryer. Aaron was very professional, knowledgable, worked efficiently. He and his company are now our go to people for any of our major appliance problems at the solon or our home.

It couldn't have been better. I called John's after lunch and got service on the same day. He was professional, competent, and personable. He told me exactly what he would do and what it would cost. He had the part and did the repair on the spot with no hassle and no mess. I hope I don't have another broken appliance, but if I did I would definitely call John's.

He was pleasant to deal with and seemed to me to be very fair and honest. Very good experience, and I will definitely use him in the future for my appliance repair requirements.

Aaron arrived on time and was respectful to my 'suggestion' but also professional enough to let me know that I was probably wrong. He showed me the burned spot on the icemaker that had shorted and suggested that I not replace the sensor board.

He was on time, very personable, professional. He knew right away the problem and fixed it at exactly the price we discussed by e-mail, with out him even being here! We highly recommend his company and will do business with him in the future.

John came the very afternoon I called, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts (refrigerator is 14 yrs old). He was very professional in his manner and friendly. He explained very clearly the problem. They had the part in 2 days and Aaron came to do the installation. He was also professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly with no mess. I'm assuming that the pricing was fair, but have nothing to base this on since I have never had this done before and did not get other estimates.

John arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to fix it within a few minutes. I felt that the service charge was very reasonable, and I will use John again if I have any problems with my appliances.

I called John's Appliance Repair on 2/26 to find out when they could look at my Dishwasher. To my surprise they told me they would come out the next day, A SATURDAY, for no added charge. The technician, Aaron, arrived EARLY! I explained that the problem was the dishwasher was not draining. He went to work troubleshooting the issue for 2 hours. He found some debris in the line that looked to be the problem, but when he tried to run a quick wash it would still not drain. (During his work on the Dishwasher my young son asked him some questions about what he was doing, like all little kids do. He took the time to answer all his questions and explain what was going on.) It was decided that a part would be needed and Aaron would return to complete the repair once the part was in. I was very impressed by the technician being early to the appointment, his professionalism, and knowledge and skill troubleshooting the issue and would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED John's Appliance Repair!
