The folks from Garagewerx did an awesome job applying resin to our 2 car garage floor. Their customer service was top notch from the get go, with Jennifer contacting me by phone to explain in details all the options and associated costs, then submitting a detailed quote by email. Once we opted fro contracting with them, Jennifer came to our house on (on a Saturday, to accommodate my time constraints) and took her time showing my wife and I all the different finishes and explaining the different resin options. The work was scheduled to be done about a week after that meeting, but since the forecast showed a very cold morning that day and low temperatures compromise the curing time and their ability to finish the work in one day, they contacted me to make sure it would be OK to re-schedule the work for the next day. I had nor problems with that and the next day they showed up on time and the whole process went very smoothly. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the service Garagewerx provided us, including their awesome customer service and responsiveness. Thank you Jennifer and Paul!

Very Professional and Well Done!!!

Paul and his crew arrived on time at 7:30 AM and began work. We had selected our options including color several weeks before. Everything went great. The floor looks great. They cleaned up their work areas and finished as expected. You can probably get it done cheaper from someone else but this is an excellent installed flooring for our garage at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with what we got and it should last a long time.

Company provided a written list of how to prepare the garage for this very labor-intensive work. Also included was information about what to expect, such was dust, fumes, etc. They are very thorough and provide the customer with a lot of needed information. The owner and two crew members arrived as scheduled, were polite, and respectful. The job took approximately 7 hours to complete and the results are very very nice. I've had compliments on how it looks. Suggestion to anyone having this type of work done: water heaters in the garage must be turned off; make sure you know how to turn the gas back on and light the pilot if you have a gas water heater. This service is not typically included by the company.

I ran into Paul at a local home show. My wife and I were impressed by his manner and knowledge. Our garage floors had been painted with an epoxy paint many years ago and had begun to peel in certain areas. We were interested in refinishing the floors and stopping the peeling. We had taken two other bids during our vendor evaluation. Paul's bid wasn't the least expensive but he gave us no nonsense advice and we appreciated that. Paul provided options and had to work a number of extra hours to get the old material removed from the floor. I'm certain it was more hours than he estimated. Paul arrived on time each day and were respectful of our time. Even though weather threatened to delay the job we were able to work with him to juggle schedules and complete the work without delay. My wife and I were impressed by the honesty and professionalism exhibited by Paul and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this type of work.
