Description of Work: Trimmed large tree. Good job and removed all the debris and hauled away. Very pleased with speedy response and scheduling.

Description of Work: I put N/A for punctuality and responsiveness because it is a husband/wife team and I suppose that they are quite busy. However, when you do get to talk to them, you know that you are speaking real pros and not just a receptionist who is taking calls. The price of the package that you select might end up costing more if it involves more work hours than those specified in the special. They didn't talk me into anything that I didn't need, but I have 2 enormous pecans, 1 mature Bradford pear, and 7 crepe myrtles, so it did involve additional work, but they were up front about it both before and after coming out to look. The husband (the arborist) came out to look and his wife (I suppose she runs the office) gave me a detailed explanation of the work involved. They did the work when they said they would and they completely cleaned everything up afterward. I have left my trees in the hands "tree trimmers" who were not professional arborists and still ended up paying about the same price. The difference is that these pros were fast, efficient, and I was left with the satisfaction of knowing that I received a top notch job.

Description of Work: We have a large yard with approx. 20 live oak and other quality trees that we planted 15 years ago, plus another 10-15 native trees that we keep well maintained and trimmed. I bought the $799 package for four hours of trim with a crew on Angie's List and then paid the company an additional $500 by check after we walked the property and looked at everything I needed. It's a lot of money, but it is actually about what I had paid a local lawn/landscape guy for the past several years who only had a power saw on a long pole and so could cut nothing higher than he could reach on a ladder from the ground. David and Julie (D & J) had a crew of 5 or 6 conscientious guys with them who climbed way up into the trees with all the right tools, safety equipment, and training they needed to get my trees looking better than they have ever looked. I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Julie and David, who were on site directing and supervising all the cutting and clean up the entire time. I will definitely go back to them for a bid when I need trimming or treatment for my trees again.

Description of Work: They trimmed tree branches and tall shrubs away from electrical wires. Cleaned one section that had overgrown vines and bushes. Cleaned up overall dead brush and leaves. It went great.

Description of Work: David went above and beyond the call of duty by getting the work done quickly enough to meet the city's curbside debris pickup schedule, saving me hundreds of dollars in disposal costs. David also did an excellent job. My trees have never looked better.

Description of Work: They trimmed 2 trees and injected the trees with a treatment for boars. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They also cleaned up the property after trimming.

Description of Work: The crew trimmed all the trees on my property and I also asked them to take out a row of old photenia bushes at additional time ad cost. | |All my trees have trimmed away from the roof of the house and/or dead limbs taken out. Those limbs that needed cutting back have been taken care of and my yard is now appears much neater and open. I believe the health and life of these trees has been lengthened since they have been taken care of.
