this is a wonderful, thoughtful and knowledgeable crew and i am very glad to have found them. my trees are important to me and i feel like they got really TLC from this work.

Even though the Angie's List Deal said Rockwall was serviceable, was told an hour trip in the car would require a $250 "trip charge". An hour drive in Dallas/Fort Worth is common, not a great experience here.

I was contacted by the owner the same day I reached out (on a Friday) and an Arborist was at my house on Monday. He told me what was wrong with my tree (and some of the bushes) and how he and his team could save them over multiple visits. I received an estimate by email the next morning. I'm very pleased with my experience with D&J Arborist Tree Services and will continue to use them throughout the year to keep my trees healthy.

The work was excellent. Julie really knows and loves trees and her crew is very experienced and knowledgeable. They took the time to do the job right and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. I am having them come back for two more large trees and a large ligustrum hedge.

Very good. Arborist came by to preview and direct the trimmers. We had not had it done for several years, so much work was needed. Done to my satisfaction.

The process went very well. Owner and workers showed up immediately and the work was very professionally done. And as I stated, I would gladly hire this company again. In addition to the work done, conversations with the owner taught me quite a bit about how to properly care for this tree, and how to avoid unintended damage to its proper functioning.

Everything from the first phone call to the follow-up call was first class Crew arrived on time, were considerate of our requests, and did an exceptionally fine job. Our yard looks so much better, the concern is over, their friendliness and courtesy cannot be overstated. Total cleanup of course. This is a tree service that cannot be surpassed and they are based in Plano which is important to us.

Very knowledgeable arborist consultation and super fast response from initial inquiry to work completion. Detailed estimate was reviewed upfront with explanation for specific line items including those charges processed by the hour. Crew showed up on time and professional and did a walk through after completion. Would be using again!

Outstanding. They offered to arrive earlier than scheduled. They explained what was done and thoroughly advised me of an issue with one of my trees. They cleaned up after themselves.

D&J were fantastic. Last year I was worried about losing our two giant Red Oaks, but now they look better than ever. D&J were super professional and accommodating. They explained everything so I really knew what was going on. And they worked with me to fit my budget but didn't skimp on the service we received. Afterwards they cleaned up so that I could hardly tell they were there. I couldn't recommend them more.

We live in old East Dallas. Two really large Elm trees close to the house. This is iur 3rd year using D&J. David & Julie really care about and have knowledge about these trees. They wont cut too much ans harm the trees. Benito and the other climber are amazing to watch. They have been with D&J forever. They end up costing less because these guys get the trimming done fast ans correctly. Its probably a yearly thing. Gotta take care of these beautiful giants so that they will keep our home shaded in summer.

D&J was great. Dave came out and took a look at the tree and gave us a quote on the trimming as well as explained what they planned on doing. After scheduling they came out and did a great job on the tree, raising the canopy and cleaning out the small branches but leaving lots of shade and the overall fullness of the tree. It really made a big difference in the look and feel of the backyard, as well as brought us into code compliance with the city of Plano for the height of the branches overhanging the alleyway. They also did all cleanup and took away all debris.

Immediate up sell on the price services provided for price were insufficient

They provided the trimming they promised, showed up at the expected time and cleaned up everywhere anything fell. It was reassuring that the trees were evaluated by an arborist so the safest cuts were made for the health of the trees. Communication with the office and personnel was always pleasant, and their responses were timely. Will use them again.

D&J Arborist Tree Service were every prompt and responsive. I received an estimate from several Arborist and they were very competitive. I chose D&J Arborist because I was impressed with Julie Odum’s knowledge of proper tree pruning and care, the willingness to take the time to explain what needed to be done, the concern for ensuring the trees were pruned correctly and that the pruning would satisfy what I wanted to have done. They were quick to get us on the schedule. They sent me a reminder and arrived promptly on time on the date scheduled. Their pruning was simply excellent. Julie Odum was onsite to ensure the one tree we were raising the canopy on was done correctly and met our desire, as well as, to ensure that it would achieve the desired result. They also checked with us when they were done pruning to ensure we were satisfied and see if we wanted any additional pursuing to be done. They were very professional, courteous and polite. I would very highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I recommend D&J - fair price and good service. Most importantly, our trees look great!!

It was good. They were professional. They were good. We couldn't take that service at that point in time so we would be doing that in the future.
