What I like about David is that, even though he is the business owner and an arborist, that he was in the trees himself, swinging from branch to branch (in a harness, of course) and directing the crew. The job was done very well, and our yard looks much better. He and his crew were at the house for 8 hours in total (at extra cost, of course). There is still another 6-8 hours left of work, and we will likely call him. What I didn't like is that he is just so busy! It was hard to find a time that he could come out to the house. I guess that's the price one pays for being good at one's job. Also, the extra treatment for our oak cost $450 (we were expecting about $350), and we need a couple more trees treated, too. So, the Big Deal was truly a deal - and the other stuff was quite expensive. Again - the price one pays for having lots of big, beautiful trees that provide shade in the summer.

Terrible. I was in a bind to get large trees trimmed before storms came in so called Angie's List to get the company's number and confirm they could provide the services within a certain time frame. They assured me they could, although it was the last day before the storms were to arrive. I purchased and here we are the day of and NOTHING! I have been calling and emailing since Saturday to confirm our Monday appointment and get an exact time set. They have not returned any messages. Now I am stuck! I can't find anyone who can come today and trim these trees. Now I will have to suffer the consequences of all the damage this could cause! This is extremely disappointing!!!

They were very good. I have asked them to come again in the fall.

Mr. Williams is extremely knowledgeable Arborist. He was very understanding of my concern about loosing the tree and gave me some helpful hints about taking care of it. He showed me the insect that had stung the leaves and explained what would happen to the tree in the next few weeks after giving the tree medication. I cant say enough about Mr. Williams and his wife. They made me feel very comfortable in using their service. Although the cost was steep due to the fact that he had to travel so far from his home, it was well worth it to me. I believe he has saved my tree.

David and the crew did a great job removing my three large trees. They did the job quickly and efficiently and never hitting the house or fence with large tree limbs. We had a little communication delay at first but things went smooth thereafter. Service took a little longer then expected I wanted to get it done sooner. But in David and Julie's defense the rain has really set them back so I can't hold Mother Nature against them. Good job and I would use their services again

Details are above. It went.well, despite that David wasn't here. His crew leader, Tosh , was very professional. He took time to explain every process. Great job. This bore treatment is good got 2yrs , also.

A little disappointed because I was not informed prior but only got service to two hours (4 guys) instead of three hours (3 guys). Felt like three guys could have gotten more done in three hours. Some areas I really wanted trimmed were not. Going to have to hire another tree trimmer to finish the remaining work. The arborist was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through many of the trees on the property with me.

David and his wife were absolutely wonderful, very professional and very knowledgeable. David and his crew trimmed the trees very well and later installed this big strong cable to hold one of its big branches so the base of the tree would not split later on and then save the tree. Also, much to my surprise , you can not even see the cable since he installed it very well. We had called him to take a look at this tree since it is in front of our front yard and into the house, so a delicate location. We love the tree and don't want anything to happen to it. He studied it since he is a certified arborist he did the above to preserve it. Being a certified arborist it gave me the confidence to know he knew what he was doing. I will hire again without a doubt.

David Williams did a great job reviewing the trees, determining which ones needed trimming and providing feed back on future work. Very professional workmanship. I was super impressed with the debris removal. I spoke mainly with Julie and she did a great job with follow up after the work was performed.

ggI signed up for an Angie's List special promotion. Because of the rain and subsequent backlog, they were delayed getting to me. David and Julie, the owners came over on a late Saturday afternoon, which I don't think they would normally do, to give me my consultation. We walked the property and discussed what I was trying to accomplish. We reached an agreement on what could be done within the confines of the special. Their crew came out the following Monday and got right to work. Everything was completed in the allotted time! Even though pressed for time, the crew chief gave me a walk-around and explained everything they had done. I am having them return at the end of the month to do a deep fertilization on my largest tree. I highly recommend this company for top notch tree care! Gary Williams

The results of the trimming of the trees was terrific. They spent the entire day performing the work. David Williams and his team are experts on tree health and enjoy what they do very much. All of the debris was removed as promised. I highly recommend them.

This company provided excellent customer service by phone to schedule the service with consideration for our schedule. On the day the tree was cut down, they sent one of their chief experts and two other professionals to do the job. By the time I got home around four o'clock from work, they had carefully removed the tree flat to the ground (no stump above ground) and they were in the process of stacking the final limbs and sticks neatly along the curb. The city pickup service was already there using there mechanical claw to lift the short-cut logs and limbs into the haul-away truck. By about 5:30, everyone was gone, the yard was clear and even the roof had been swept of sticks and leaves left from the process. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and would not think twice about calling them for any similar need in the future.

They came out and were wonderful. They did a fantastic job. I would use them in the future.

They came out on a weekend to do the estimate, which was outside their business hours (and was amazing customer service). They were also great about dividing up the work to a) prioritize the most needed work and b) fit our budget. They did a wonderful job on our trees and I'm looking forward to having them back out this summer for the third tree.

The final result is beautiful. I can't even tell that he did a trim! It looks natural and minimalist. The tree doesn't touch my house any longer and he did a nice job. He can be tough to get a hold of, however.

Mrs. Williams responded to our phone call promptly. David, Mrs. Williams and their crew came to provide the service within a few days. They all worked very hard,accomplished what was requested, and left the area neat and tidy. We are very pleased and will recommend them to our friends. Judy Jackson

David and his crew contacted us and arrived as expected. They evaluated the trees and our needs and went right to work. They did an excellent job. David gave us a complete review of our trees health and additional care they required, but he did not pressure us at all to do more than we had originally agreed on. We truly appreciated the way he handles his business . They had to cut branches out of our very large mature Post Oak Trees and they took great care with completing all of the work. They had all the appropriate tools and cleaned up and hauled all the debris away. Our trees look wonderful and we are so pleased we hired these professionals to care for our trees. We would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again when we need to have our trees trimmed or cared for.

Owner arrived for an estimate. Returned as scheduled and completed all work. Looks great. We will continue using them in the future.

I could have not been happier with this David and his team they did a wonderful job and even bagged about 8 bags of leaves for me. I am happy I have found my new " Tree Doctor "

I have had arborists out before, but David is the best by far. We were especially concerned about a large tree off our patio which had branches hanging over our house. David and his team did a beautiful job on the tree. They worked on all the tress on my property. I appreciated that David has extensive knowledge and the work done on my trees was in consideration of their health as well as their beauty. We definitely will be using him for the care of our trees in the future.

They did a great job with all my trees. They cleaned up better than any crew I have ever had. David is very knowledgeable and I learned a great deal about tree care from him in the little time that we talked. They were very professional & got a lot done in the time allotted. I contacted David through the send message service late one evening and received a response the next morning. From there an appointment was set to estimate the job cost. David showed up at the exact time we had set for the appointment. He surveyed the trees and gave a bid on the spot. The bid was in my price range for the services and accepted. We set a day and time for his crew to come and trim the trees. They showed up as scheduled, got to work, finished the job and cleaned up the grounds. The area was spotless when the trimming crew left. David followed up by coming to the house and surveying the work performed by his crew. I would defiantly use them again when I need additional tree work performed. The entire process was seamless and all went exactly as described and promised by David Williams.

Very professional job was done by David and his team in every aspect. David arrived on time to do the quote and I was able to discuss our needs with him in person and even learned a few things about my trees (bonus that he is a Certified Arborist which I was able to verify). Received a detailed quote on the spot at no charge. After accepting the quote, he was able to fit us in within a few days and the project execution was done very well. Extremely pleased and the trees look fantastic! We will use him again in the future.
