I turned out great. They did a great job. They basically polished all of my granite and I'm going to be doing some other services with them down the road.

Overall, it came up really well. He gave me good advise. He was excellent. They quickly come back to make a time that suited and they were timely. He was probably the best. Extremely polite. Extremely courteous and he worked professional but not pushy. They cleaned up after themselves. I'm sure he's competitive.

Arrived on-time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Sealed marble in our new master bath floor, tub and shower. Steam cleaning was not done because it was a new install. Discussed proper cleaning techniques for marble.

Once ordered I heard back from the provider and was asked for 3 service date choices. We agreed on a service date, and they showed up as expected. They said between 9 & 10 and they were here at 9:30. They did a great job and it looks great. I would use them again.

Got their Angie's deal for air duct cleaning and added dryer vent cleaning. They were prompt and courteous and did an excellent job! They even made sure to clean the floor from debris that fell down from the air ducts. Will definitely hire them again!

They were quick to call me and make the appointment, they arrived right on time and explained everything to me. They were very up front about the extra charges because my vents were sealed. The gentleman that took off the vents was extra careful to not chip the paint around the vents and when he had finished cleaning them they looked almost new. They have this job down pat and they were out of there in a lot shorter time than I expected. AWESOME JOB!!!! I can't say enough good things about this company!!!

They were on time and very professional. They explained the process and did a good job. They also did a very professional job of cleaning up after the primary work. They explained the dryer vent cleaning process and things I can do to keep it clean and protect from it getting blocked.

I called CYCLONE because I needed the Air duct and carpet to be cleaned. The deal I bought was for 18 vents and 2 returns. I have 9 returns. If your vent's cover is painted over and they have to cut it out, they will charge you $5 for it, if not then they don't. They did a great job and cleaned after they were done.

They were quick and easy to schedule, were on time. Did a FANTASTIC job on the tile, I never knew it could be that clean. They also offered suggestions to keep it cleaner longer. I will definitely be using them again for the whole house next time!!

They were fast and seemed to do a good job. Didn't damage anything that I can see, like baseboards, tiles, appliances etc. There are 2 tiles that need to be re grouted and glued down now due to this wet steam cleaning. I had this done last year by a different company and no tiles had this problem. Don't know if this is this companies fault or not, but am waiting to find out if they will come out and glue and grout these 2 tiles. Was a good company.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for tile cleaning and grout sealant for the floor. I found it very easy to schedule an appointment when I wanted it, they were prompt and courteous. The job exceeded my expectations as the floors were in need of a deep cleaning. In the sunroom, they clean and sanitized the floor and cleaned some areas of the baseboards where I feed our dogs. I was pleased with this attention to detail. I also appreciated the advice on how to care for these floors on-going.

They did a good job but I felt as if I wasted my money. When they got to my house, they said the deal did not cover what I wanted done. So I just had them clean the grout in one bathroom. It wasn't waht I thought I was getting, but at least they cleaned some of my grout. I felt like they had some loop holes in the deal they provided on Angie's list... They did do a good job on what they eneded up doing.

It worked out very well. They got in and got out. They weren't here long.

Franco did an outstanding job steam cleaning and sealing the grout in our master bath. He also pointed out areas to watch that might be problems in the future. We?d definitely call Franco the next time we need tile / grout cleaning or caulking. Franco arrived on time and went right to work!
