Franco and his buddy did an awesome job cleaning my wood floor, stairs and tiles. I'm more than impressed with the whole process from calling them for questions to quoting to cleaning to follow-up. Franco (who does the job) and his wife (who runs the office) are both courteous, patient, detail oriented and punctual. It's hard to find a small business that is so organized like them. Also I asked for quotes for a couple of other services. Franco gave me the price and explained the process, but never make me feel pressured to take his quote (unfortunately many other businesses do this). Thank you Franco for making my 20+ year old flooring shiny again! I would definitely use Cyclone again and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reliable professional cleaner.

It looks brand new!! Frank and his partner did an excellent and thorough job. They are returning in June to clean the "air ducts".

The fall of 2021 was the second time we called on Frank and Cyclone Professional Cleaners to clean and buff the hard wood floors of a luxury high rise condo in Dallas. The previous time we called on Frank and Cyclone was 2018 when we were cleaning hardwood floors of another high rise condo to prep it for selling it. (We received positive reviews of our hard woods from many prospective buyers!) On both projects, Frank's work was extraordinarily detailed, and rendered beautiful results. His process does not require water, which is a big plus for owners in high rise buildings that prohibit water being placed on floors (to avoid damage to other units). We plan to call on Frank bi-annually to keep our floors clean and fresh. We highly recommend him! He is a pleasure to work with.

We've used Cyclone for cleaning windows, grout and upholstery for about three years. They are timely, thorough and do a good job. Certainly, we will continue to use them as the need arises.

They did a great job cleaning my dirty grout. Will have to wait to see how long the sealing will last. They also gave me great advice on how to clean the floor to minimize the grout staining. The answer is...use a neutral pH cleaner such as Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner at Amazon or Home Depot.

We have had Cyclone Cleaners clean our dryer vent for the past several years, and they always do a fantastic job! They arrive on time, and are thoroughly professional. We have also had them clean our shower and re-do the caulk, and we were extremely pleased with how well they did and how great the shower looks!

When you buy a previously owned home - clean the air vents! This company took away allergens and dog smell in the air in an matter of hours. Kind and respectful staff.

I had over 30 vents that desperately needed to be cleaned. We bought an older house and it was obvious that they had never been cleaned. Cyclone did a super job. I was surprised that I didn’t need to clean anything up afterwards. They put my house back cleaner than it was when they got here. A++ I’ll never use anyone else!’

I have used Cyclone Pro's on an annual basis for about 14 years for both carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. I have 2 kids and a dog and my carpets do get stained (dog urine, kid throw up). Frank and his team have always managed to get the stains out, leaving my carpets looking fresh and like new. I have had the same carpet in my home for over 15 years and believe it still looks like new today thanks to Cyclone Pro. They are always punctual and never rush through a job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The two people who came were very efficient. Because some other work was going to have be done in the living room they did us the favor of cleaning the living room ducts and carpet first. They did a great job, cleaned up from the mess the duct cleaning caused, they cleaned all the registers. We will definitely use them again and pass on their name. In fact, I’ve already passed their name on!

We have Cyclone come out every year to clean our dryer vent. They do a great job. They show up on time, they do an efficient job, and they guys are very nice.

They did a fantastic job. We had a fan attached to the dryer vent which they had to take out, clean, and then put back. I would most definitely hire them again.

We have used Cyclone several times for shower/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning and granite polishing. Frank does a great job and doesn’t cut corners. Our showers look like they did on the day that we moved in our new house 6 years ago. Frank always gives you tips on caring for tile, granite, etc to maintain. I get compliments on our tile/grout and referred them out to friends and neighbors.

Service was provided on - time, project was timely completed, service was reasonably and fair priced, and individuals that performed work were very professional and friendly. The work performed was explained, and everything was cleaned-up when work was completed. I was very impressed with Frank and the company and plan on using them to perform other cleaning for us. I think they are an exceptional company.

Frank and his crew did a good job cleaning grout, shower, and area rug. They came out on a Saturday and were punctual and professional. Gave me good suggestions on keeping grout clean.

Arrived on time, price for exterior window cleaning is excellent. Will definitely hire for all of our rental properties in the future.
