My original quote was approximately $250. That was based on four returns and 18 vents. Frank explained some of my vents were calked onto the ceiling (a dumb move by previous homeowner...we were already aware) and to exacto-knife off is $5 per vent. Ultimately, there were three. We also miscounted our returns (our fault); we have seven. But, we only had 16 vents so the calk and the vents balanced out fine. They were here about two hours. The vents look great, the house smells better and they were awesome. I will definitely use them again for other professional cleaning needs (tile, grout, windows, carpets). Very pleased.

They arrived on time, told me about the procedures and extra added costs before work began. They were very efficient and cleaned up any of the extra dust and debris that was attributed to the removing and cleaning of the vents and ducts.

We had been rescheduling due to last minute work changes. The person explained that it was a two man team and would be ok to help with some light furniture move. Their scheduling team did a great job to work with us. Last week, I sent an email and got an immediate response including an opening this week. The team called an hour ahead, arrived explained what's covered, what would be done, and what would be needed to be done after the work was completed. This was a bit different from what I assumed would be covered. This was my first time getting this kind of clean up done. They helped clarify the work. We agreed and they asked for the Angie's List voucher and started the work. Frank and Austin were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. I appreciate the help and the clean floors. Would recommend them and use them again next time.

They called me to tell me they could come EARLY if that would work for me, came in and explained what they would do. Then they worked for at least an hour-and-a half cleaning. They didn't leave a mess, and showed me what dirt, dust, etc. they had cleaned out of my vents.

Initially some guy came and probably didn't do a good job. When I talked to Frank he assured that he will inspect the work completed and if need be clean it again. He showed up on 11/7 and redid all the vents and returns thoroughly.

Three men worked to complete this project and they did everything professionally and respectully. They went above and beyond my request by moving some hard to move furniture pieces and in the end completed the entire tile surfaces. They cleaned the tile in the shower and re-grouted and sealed the shower stall. They were completely professional, keeping me up to date with what's happening and timing of completion was as promised. They referred me to the right products to use after everything has dried which was very helpful. In the end I would use this company not just for tile, but for so many other things they are capable of. It was worth the cost.

Their service was great. They arrived on time and completed the work in an efficient amount of time. They cleaned and sealed our tile/grout and cleaned our carpets. I even asked them to add in the stairs and the additional cost was minimal ($2 per step). I called them the following day since there seemed to be an extra residue left from the sealant on the tile and they came right out and cleaned everything up. Given this was 7/3 (right before the holiday), I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Overall, a great experience. Very good service and excellent customer service.

Great job! Very efficient! Cleaned up after themselves with powerful vac. Took down all vents and all intake grates. Some were so dirty, they steam cleaned them (for a small addt'l charge) well worth it - inside the air ducts, looks like they have never been cleaned, breathing dirty air!! They were great, will use them again for their other services also!

The crew did a wonderful job of vacuuming the dirt from the vents and ducts of my house, I have got 2 HVAC units and my first floor seemed to be collecting dust more often thus I decided to get the whole system cleaning, the 2 men crew were very professional and quick, completed the job in less that 1.5hr as my unit wasn't much dirty. At the end they advised on the air filter type and few other tips on energy saving, however the main crew member also showed that one of the my drip pan was too high and it should be ideally lower and he pushed it lower for better water flow, it looked like a good advise at the outset but unfortunately next week when the water was humid the coil condensed a lot of water to the pan and the pan filled up and started leaking through but when I got it inspected from certified HVAC mechanic he said the pan level somehow got lower than the level of pipes that were attached to drain the water outside of the building and while lowering the pan, it damaged the joined where pipe was attached as it was an old drip pan, so it started to drip even when my pan has few ounces of water. I am collecting it in a bucket and empty periodically. I've asked the HVAC company to give me a quote to repair the problem or change the panes if needed. While I believe this wasn't truly the fault of the personnel from Cyclone as the my panes are older and rusted but an unsolicited advise and act of lowering the pane resulted in an issue which could have been avoided. I would advise other Angies list members to instruct the personnel from Cyclone to do their job and not touch anything that is meant to be handled by certified HVAC personnel only.They are great and professional thus despite of the problem that I faced, I am going ahead with a rating of B (with a caution of advise) on how other homeowners could take a leaf from my experience and keep the control of their service providers to avoid a situation like mine.

There was a little bit of confusion at first as the company had the wrong phone number on record and when i tried to call to see when they were going to arrive, no one picked up. Eventually, i came home to find the 2 guys waiting at my door. I'm glad they waited! They did a great job cleaning all the vents. Seems to have reduced my morning sneezing and throat iching alergies as well as my daughters. Would definitely use them again.

Purchased deal. They were busy, but able to schedule me in. Arrived on time. We had plenty duct covers that needed to be cut at the edges so that added about 5 $ each to the total cost. But overall very satisfied.

I bought an Angie deal for the cleaning of 18 air ducts and 2 return ducts from Cyclone. We made the appointment and they showed up on time. They surveyed the house, counting all the ducts, and gave me the cost for the service. I agreed and the men did their job very efficiently. They even cleaned up after themselves.

It was fine. They did the job. They were very courteous and nice. There were no problems. We will use them again soon.

He even gave me the name of his A/C guy that he uses since I contacted someone from Angie's List & they turned out to be a bad choice.

They were on time, polite and very helpful. They cleaned all debris that had fallen on the floor.

Everything was great, and we're very happy with the end results. It was easy getting in touch to schedule, they arrived on time, and they did a fantastic job in all respects. I was really impressed with their work on the rug because I thought it was beyond cleaning, but they made it look like new.

They removed all fo the vent covers and cleaned the ducts out. This houses ducts had not been cleaned since it was built guaranteed. They replaced all of the vents cleaned up after themselves. They even pointed out a few issues that needed addressed. If they had not we would have had larger issues in the future.

They were courteous and willing to go beyond the extra mile in order to reach every possible vent and help out in a difficult situation. Not always an easy task as we had been sorting through closets and things were cluttered. They discovered we had several AC vents that were blocked inside due to parts that were left in when our home was built! What a great discovery that was! We had been wondering why some rooms were so much more warm then other areas of the house and never got an answer from any past AC companies who had come out for service. Just this reason alone made this service so valuable to me, (not to mention the original benefit of having clean air ducts.)

I thought the $99 special included everything. Didn't realize because of the size of my kitchen the price would increase. But that was on me for not reading the fine print. They did a good job.

Went fine. They did a nice job. I found out later that they did carpet, so I may contact them for carpet cleaning. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

It was great on time service. A professional job done on kitchen tiles for the Big Deal purchased. Also did some cleaning on tiles in other areas of the house.
