I used the company for dryer vent cleaning before and was very happy with their service. This time I purchased air duct cleaning service on Angie's list (the deal covers limited number of vents and returns) and paid extra for additional vents and returns. The service team has been very professional and responsive. For the additional vents and returns, the price is the same as that listed on their website. No surprises in the total expenses. Overall, I am very happy with their services and would recommend the company to others.

They were insanely prompt (my window was noon-2 and they called me at 11:40 to say they were on their way!) and got the job done very quickly. I was warned by people that many of these duct cleaning companies don't do a great job, but that's not true here! My house looks BRAND NEW! Would absolutely use them again! All of my vents look like I just installed them, and I'm so glad to have 11 years of dust and gunk out of my ducts!

Scheduling the air duct cleaning was very easy; was given a time frame for the work. They came on the Saturday after Christmas and was pleased that they worked on a Saturday. Called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled to beat the impending rain storm which was fine with me. Pricing and process was thoroughly explained. It took them a little over an hour to complete the job. Left my house neat and clean. The personnel were pleasant, efficient and quick. It's only been a week but, I have noticed that I do have less dust and am breathing better at night.

I paid an additional $50 to clean the dryer vent. It was a big deal. There are some parts they did not clean which I do not if it was part of the deal or not.

Happy with the work performed One surprise cost element was extra cost for cutting the duct from the vents but that was explained before the work was performed and the cost was agreed. only wish that this was already accounted for in the price.

They were awesome. The service was on 15th of September which was for my daughter's place and the service for my place was on the 25th of August. I bought another big deal for my daughter. There were no additional fees, I think that was all included in that big deal price. Everything with them went awesome. This is the second time I have used them and it was also on an Angie's List deal which was for my other house. They come and they take everything down. They are very clean about how they do it. They put stuff down under and do what they need to do. Anything that is dirty, they clean up really nice. They do a really nice job. It is loud and it takes a little while but when they are done you feel like something has actually been done. I love the fact that they put stuff down and they offer you to clean extra duct if it turns out if you need it. I know that the last time we had more ducts and it was covered in like 5 bucks which was no big deal, it was like 2 or 3 extra ducts and it was really a minimal amount of money that they charge you over if there is a need for it. It is really clean the way that they do it, they clean it. You don't even know that they were there as far as the mess because I have had repair people come out and you have to clean up after them and stuff. It is the nature of what they are doing, it is cleaning and it is really nice the way they walk away and leave no foot prints.

I purchased a Big Deal for dryer vent inspection and complete cleaning. Will showed up on time, was very professional, efficent, detailed, communicative about what he did today, and thorough. Cleaned up when he was done. He found a problem that was slowing up our dryer, fixed problem, and showed me what he had found (an obstruction caused by some work we'd done on our house). I'll use this company every year or so to get my dryer vents cleaned out. Thanks so much. LB

We were pleased with the results of the service provided. Be careful with cost creep as we were quoted a special price for cleaning the sofa, but there was a minimum charge (higher than the special). Therefore, we added services to meet the minimum and ended up paying much more than originally anticipated.

They did a great job. They were very professional and timely. It looked wonderful. Two people came out. Scheduling was straightforward and easy. It was a good value.

The communication was great, and the team arrived on time (early in fact). They were all uniformed and looked professional. I had very limited furniture upstairs (the only area with carpet in my house) and wanted the carpet cleaned before I had some furniture delivered. I picked up almost everything except for some beds. I made sure I was home so that I could help them move the beds because I didn't want any places to be missed. I was told that the hose they use will take care of under the beds so we didn't need to move them. The hose was shaped and long enough for this to be possible, so I took them at their word. When moving the beds because the furniture arrived a few days later, I saw the obvious spots that were missed, large trash items like a clothing tag, etc. This was the only disappointing part of the service. Other than that 1 misstep, I was fully satisfied with the team and the work they performed.

I paid for a "big deal" that covered the first 325 square feet. I ended up with 500 more square feet at $.50 per square foot. They did a beautiful job and I would definitely use them again! They moved things and worked around what couldn't be moved. They also taught me a lot about how to take care of my floors. Very knowledgeable! They put everything back and left me with sparkling floors! Would highly recommend them!
