Description of Work: I used the $99.00 Big deal for grout cleaning. But, the area to clean was twice the size in the deal. I wrote an additional check for 225 to cover the additional cleaning. This was higher than the other companies offering the grout cleaning service. We selected them based on their higher number of A ratings.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's List special deal. Very professional, called before arrival to say that they had a cancellation and could come early! They did a great job. I did not realize that the grout in the kitchen was so dirty, it looked beautiful when they finished.

Grout that is already stained or worn over time is something we cannot change with a cleaning. Description of Work: Nothing. Provider failed twice at proper communicating with clients requests. Never return phone call to requested number provided by client. Provider appeared without noticed to my commercial property which was not where the services were to be provided. Provider agreed to rescheduled appointment at the correct location, but failed to call client before hand and showed up at the wrong time.

We would like to explain trying to work this job out. The deal came through via a notification from Angie's List with the commercial address attached. There were suggested dates and times for the work. We responded through Angie's List indicating the date and time we would be arriving ready to do the work. The customer didn't check Angie's List and didn't expect to make an appointment to redeem the voucher. I spoke to him and agreed to perform a free estimate first and got the home address. We arrived at the time arranged but he wanted us to come back later, because he wasn't ready. We have customers with appointments the rest of the day, so we couldn't return at the time he wanted us to. So, after 1 physical appointment I made on Angie's List, a phone call, then a 2nd physical appointment with him at the correct address and time, he did not want to proceed with the estimate or the service. We were willing to get it right but he is choosing to cancel and give us an F review. For the record, we have not had the opportunity to do work for this customer and we have made an appointment to do the work through Angie's List and over the phone.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal off Angie's List for two returns and multiple air vents. They were right on time and did a great job removing all the dust and mold in the vents. He took the time to explain the reason why we had mold in our vents and answer all my questions. It was a messy job but they cleaned up every bit of it with a powerful vacuum. They steam cleaned each of my vents to remove any mold/dirt. I would hire them again as needed.
