Love Love Love them! Initially contacted them for a quote via their website, they were very prompt at getting back to me and I felt they had a great price. The scheduling process was easy and the two men who came out were perfectly on time. They came in, asked me what should be done. He calculated it several different ways with the angies' list coupon options to determine what was the cheapest option for me. They explained the process for air vent cleaning carefully about what to expect. He showed me some vents that had mold on them and asked me if I wanted him to attempt to steam clean them or replace them. I opted to steam clean them and he was able to get them clean (thank goodness). After the air vent cleaning, they cleaned up every area that they cleaned of dust and I think it was better than when they got there! They moved on to carpet cleaning and even moved some light furniture that we didn't move out of the bedroom (most companies will not touch your furniture I've found). The carpets looked great, and smelled great. And finally the dryer vent cleaning. They were super friendly and were great to move everything back where they found it. (except they put the washer back in a different place which I like even better :)). I have used a big well known company many times, and i haven't been unhappy with that company at all. However, cyclone just really stood out from that company with an extra layer of service. I will absolutely use them again!!!

Cyclone cleaned my microfiber sofa and chairs. The project went well and I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to others.

I had cleaned the grout myself, but it still looked dirty. Not knowing if it was a stain I decided to have Cyclone clean the grout. I am so pleased! My grout looks like new. They were very thorough, polite and fast. However, after 4 months the high traffic areas look dirty again despite my following their instructions to clean with PH neutral cleaners.

Received an Angie's List Big Deal email about grout and tile cleaning. It had been a year since we installed our tile and the white grout needed cleaning. I bought the deal online and it was so easy to schedule an appointment for cleaning, even with the holidays quickly approaching. The two guys that did the cleaning were professional, nice, and the tile/grout look new after the cleaning. They also informed me about other cleaning services they offer. I plan on having them back to the house to clean the windows. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with them. The house was clean. They did a great job. They also gave me a quote for the bathroom tiles to be cleaned. The quote seems very reasonable.

I had an estimate done with them. They came out to perform the work. There were 2 guy's that came out. There was a delay in the schedule but they called first. but they called ahead of time and also gave me a discount. Everything went well and they also gave me some recommendations for the future. I would hire them again in the hire.

These guys are incredibly professional, prompt, the the quality of their work is truly first rate. The blow out my vents and then steam cleaned the carpets and everything went well. I was impressed with their ability to clean the carpets (the previous owner had a dog) and even more impressed with how courteous they were about putting things down on the wood floors to protect them while moving ladders and cleaning equipment around. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Overall we had a good experience- I was very impressed that they actually got all the stains out of the nearly white carpet and the house smelled better after having the air ducts cleaned! We just bought this 1977 home in Plano and aren't wanting to replace all the flooring just yet, so we decided to have the carpets (90% of the home is nearly white carpet) sanitized and steam cleaned. I figure we can live with that for a little bit. There were spills and marks on the carpet from the previous owner that I just assumed probably wouldn't come out, but I thought that if we had the place cleaned professionally I'd at least know that it was sanitary. They definitely have an impressive truck/van mounted system & motor for the steam cleaning and a/c duct cleaning processes. You can tell this is really powerful equipment and that they really do clean well. The house felt and smelled much better after the air ducts were cleaned and I really appreciated that they made recommendations on what air filters to use and when to change them. We just recently had a/c repair service completed and Cyclone helped us discover that the filters that the a/c service company provided were practically see-through. So this allowed us to act on that quickly since otherwise we probably wouldn't have known about the poor quality existing air filters for at least a month. I have pretty bad allergies and we have a baby on the way, so having all the carpet sanitary and the a/c system dust free is very important to me right now. There's not much more I can say about the duct cleaning since it's all in the attic and it's not really something you can see. They did remove all the vent covers and clean each duct with their machine. The air in the house just seems more fresh and it seems easier to breathe. My husband was present throughout most of the work (the total service took 4 hours on a 2800 sqft house.) and he said the fellas were nice and courteous. There were no messes left behind. I'm not sure if I'd use them again for the following reasons: The carpet was super clean, but it was left super wet. The house is completely empty right now and we're not living there yet. So, the wetness is ok for us right now. But if you have to be there and live there, I don't think this is a good idea at all. I really thought that they would extract enough of the water out that the carpet would be dry in just a few hours at the most, that was not the case. The other thing in which I was dissapointed was the pricing. We checked Cyclone and Kiwi (we've used Kiwi before in another home and I was really happy with them) and chose Cyclone this time because the price quoted was about $500 as compared to Kiwi's $900. We're spending a lot on getting this home up to par, so we thought the savings would be worth it. Sure enough we ended up paying $750 because apparently the quoted price didn't include everything I'd asked for. Boo. For these two reasons I'm not giving them an "A"I'm not sure if I'd use them again because of the wetness- anyother time I planned to get the carpet cleaned would be while we were living there and it would just be too tough to leave for the weekend or something while the carpets dried. I'd have to go with a company that promised 90% or so extraction so that things dried quickly. My last carpet and air duct experience was with Kiwi and I think I was happier with them...the carpets dried quickly and the air was super fresh, plus Kiwi's gaurantee is better.

They did an okay job. It wasn't a great job but it was an overall fair job.

It all went really well. The air ducts were cleaned one by one. The same crew then cleaned five rooms of carpet and it looks great. So do the windows we needed cleaned. The house looks and feels really clean.
