It went great, I've used them a year before. They put up a new cable and all the fixtures. then they came out and looked at something. Then across the street they happen to do the same thing, that the cables are all screwed up on the garage door opener.

It was fine and they fixed it and then they fixed the rollers you know kind of tune it up. Because they guaranteed it so I had to call them back you know and they'll take care of it when I need it.

The spring had broken in the garage door and then they fixed the rollers and kinda changed it up.

It has been a while ago. I did like them. They left a sticker or something in the garage. The garage doors work and I was satisfied with the performance of it. This was the first time I used them.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 days later the garage door caved in on itself from the ceiling as it raised. I called them back and was told that it was the crack after all and I needed a new garage door panel. At that visit they pointed out a second panel they said needed replacing and they said it was cheaper to get a whole new door than 2 new panels. So I agreed to this. Without any complaining on my part they quoted the new door at $849. As I thought about it further I was mad I paid $221 for the wrong fix 2 days earlier. I called the company and stated I guess I had some ownership in it since I shouldn't have been so dumb as to believe it wasn't the crack and asked for some if not all of the $221 dollars back. They stated they would put the new garage door in for $749. After speaking to many neighbors (who will never use this company now) they told me I was due a full refund. I called another company who looked at this provider's quote and gladly met it and put a new door in for me for $749. I told the provided I wanted my $221 back and I was told no. I placed a BBB complaint and in the providers response they totally lied stating they made me several different offers trying to work with me. This never happened and they contradicted themselves because they stated I went to another company without giving them a change to make me any offers. They also stated that they offered to buy back the rollers but I told them the other company carried them off. That conversation never took place and I still have the rollers in my garage. They also put the new rollers in by pushing out my door track and pushing in my door, I am sure this caused undue pressure on a cracked door. When I pointed that out I was told this is 'how You Tube' tells you to do it. They refused to refund me any money and BBB says I can go to arbitration for $85. Why would I spend more money and waste more of my time when this provider clearly lies and doesn't care. This provider is unprofessional and dishonest.

Great! They came the same day ( on a Saturday). Kelly, the young man was very nice and knowledgable and the woman who answered the phone a Kelly as well was very nice too.

I had to send an email due to Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They called first thing Monday morning and came out the same morning. They fixed everything in less than one hour and I was quite impressed with service.

They were responsive and quick to come. They are upfront with what was wrong and the costs. They try to work with on costs and they will give you discount depending on the special they have going on because you are a repeat customer.

They did the job well but I'm not sure I got the best price. I recently purchased a home. The garage door was old and the opener not functional. I contacted Action for service. They sent a technician the same day. He looked at the garage door and said it would be cheaper to replace than repair. I agreed and he quoted me a price for replacement of the 18x7 ft door. We discussed a few options and I elected for no windows and insulation. I was not ready to commit to the order that evening. The next morning I received a call about the estimate, I told them I was not ready to commit to the purchase since I hadn't gotten any other quotes. The gentleman offered to lower the price and said he could perform the install on Saturday (2 days later). I agreed (in hind sight I should have got other estimates, although my realtor had recommended them). The reduced price included an adder for lifetime warranty on the parts which probably isn't necessary based on past experience. The installer showed up as scheduled and did a nice job leveling the door, when he completed the door was closed and I could see a halo of daylight surrounding the entire door. I told the installer that I was expecting weather stripping that would seal the door. At my old house we had insulated doors installed and this was standard. He told me they did not send any weather stripping with him but to call the office on Monday. When I called the office they told me that weather stripping was not included from any garage door companies (something I can't confirm because I was too stupid and did not get multiple quotes). They did offer to help me with the cost and provide and install for $120. I reluctantly agreed. They came as promised to the install the day they said. The same technician that gave me the estimate was the one that did the installation. I told him the installer said the extra molding around the door should be removed since it is 1.5" wide and the weather-strip molding is 2". I mentioned that to the technician and he said "I'm not removing it". I was concerned that removing it may not go well and again agreed to let him proceed. He also told me that he always forgets to quote the weather stripping. Everything looks ok but the weather stripping hangs over the extra piece of molding about a half inch. It isn't the way I would have installed it myself. The cost with the lifetime parts and weather stripping was about $300 so I feel like I paid about $300 too much. I hope to never need to use them again as the door seems to be good quality but if I do have an issue I am kind of stuck with the lifetime warranty since it is an Action lifetime warranty. To be fair I am not dissatisfied with the installation, even the weather stripping overhang isn't really noticeable. I am more dissatisfied that I had to pay another $120 for weatherstripping that should have been included in the original estimate.
