I first hired Action Door several years ago when the door was stuck closed on a Sunday. They fixed it same day. Today's visit was routine maintenance on the door, but Vester fixed something that had never worked--the little light inside the up/down button by the door to the house. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

Great Job Went well. Replaced the spring, cables and did a tune up to ensure everything is working correctly. I cannot complain. Did I mention on time.

Chris said over the phone it would be $299 - by the time Alex left, I paid $859.24!! Chris should have asked more questions than he did on the phone. Alex during the job really pushed the LIFETIME warranty which was even more expensive. Alex continued to show me parts that were worn but possibly still good? They replaced every part they could except the roller bar. I called another company after the fact and told them the size and weight of my door and they quoted $400!!! He told me that Action is known for this type of hard line sales pitch and that is why he does not or would not work for them as he doesn't feel right about taking advantage of customers in need. I write maybe one review per year but thought it was important that I share what happened to me so it might save you from the same experience..... Very disappointed but lesson well learned!

The spring was replaced and was back in working order quickly Would definitely use them again

He followed up a few times to get me to hire him. Not pushy just being available. He had a great price and did the job as expected. Cleaned up his mess. Explained the opener.

Action got to my home by 11pm and had it all working by 12:30 am. Did a great job

The old spring broke late in the afternoon, close to closing. They took our call and were at our house the next day and did a great job.

Very well. We ended up replacing the whole system, but it was worth it. I know it will last many years and it is so much quieter.

They responded very quickly. The installation was very professional. They actually worked us in sooner than originally promised which was a tremendous help to us since our old door was no longer operable.

Action repaired the door pull, reattached a new one to the door and replaced the spring very quickly and when promised. Will definitely use again.

ACTION arrived at my house at 5 as promised then did a fantastic job repairing my garage door.

There was a discrepancy between the quote and the installers instructions, as we had requested two remotes and the installer said his instructions stated to only supply one remote. A quick call to Action and this was resolved, and we received two remotes. The installation only took a few hours. After the installer left, we inspected our new door and were disappointed to see that all the frames each panel is attached to are heavily scratched. We do not know when this damage occurred, but the scratches detract from the appearance of our brand new door.

He was able to fix it right there and then. He was extremely knowledgable on garage doors (who knew garage doors could be so complex), understood how to make the bowed out door as good as possible. I also bought mtce service on both of our garage doors because of the excellent work he did on the bowed out door by changing some of the screws and fastners. Great job.

They were very good. They were very reliable and very neat. They did good work and they price was agreeable.

Very smoothly and quickly. Very professional and did a thorough job. The serviceman even serviced my garage door (ie oiled parts, cleaned parts, etc) that wasn't part of the spring replacement.

I liked them. They did a good job for me. I think their price is reasonable. I have been using them for 10 years. They put my garage door up for me years ago. They do a good job. They are pretty punctual. They clean up after themselves. They made sure everything was working properly. Even after they did the springs, they checked the hinges to make sure everything was working. They didn't have to do that.

It was perfect. It was fine. They scheduled it, came out, did the work and left.

They were great. They were really nice. They put a sticker on the wall for you so you have the number for them, when they came out, the technician that came out. They do that. It was expensive but all of them are. It just seems like anymore anything that breaks it will be expensive. The woman I talked to was nice. The guy that came out was super nice and super knowledgable. The price was comparable. This garage door breaks all the time. It was an after that I had to pick up my daughter from school. It was awesome. They came out as soon as they could. They were very sensitive to that. They were not there in the next minute but I did not expect that but they were responsive. They were on time. This guy was like if you ever need anything just call. He was very responsive. Apparently, I like them a lot because there is two stickers. I have real good luck with them.

I had 4 people come out in a month and each time I had the same complaint - garage door isn't functioning - it won't open or close. Each time they came out it was a different story as to why my door wasn't working. This aided them to not abide by the "30 day labor guarantee" from the last job because there is supposedly a new problem now. But each time they said there was a new problem I pointed to their itemized list of check points where 10 days before they said those were working fine but now in 10 days they aren't??? Totally incompetent and out for money

They have been out here several times. They do a really good job so that's the company we call every time now. They are our go-to people. We think they are great. They do a good job.
