Extremely well. I saved the service notification that was posted on the wall, and will call Action anytime that I need service. They're **** Good!

I've used them several times. Excellent. I've got multiple properties and this service was one in Garland. I would absolutely use them again. I've gone through a lot of bad services before I got to the good ones. The service took about an hour or so. Only one person came to perform the service.

He came out quickly. He was professional, efficient and he gave tips on maintaining the springs.

Service person was punctual and performed work to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

It went very well. The installer was prompt, completed the work in about an hour, was experienced, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The prices were very reasonable too.

Had one broken garage door spring. Charged $311 for replacement of 2 springs under warranty. When called to ask why two springs were replaced, the rep who wasn't present stated "that's what was authorized". Did not authorize replacement of 2 springs.

Quick and efficient. However, we had had this service performed in the past and had invested in a lifetime warranty. However, since it was several years ago, we could not find the receipt and they did not honor the warranty. It seems that they would have shown our purchase in their system. Trust me, we will keep the current receipt handy for a long, long time.

Great, they repaired the spring an tuned up the door. Better than new.

Great. I had had the original spring replaced in 2006. I had bought a lifetime warrenty. When the replacement spring broke and they came to fix it, I could not find the warrenty paper work. The still honored the warrenty. But, even with the warrenty, it still cost $350.00 to replace both springs. The warrenty is only good for the broken spring.

De-Install of the old equipment was completed, followed by the replacement. The system was tested successfully and site cleaned up. All paper work was reviewed with me. Excellent job!

Everything turned out perfect. They did the work correctly, didn't try to fix anything that didn't need fixed. The technician was very professional.

They were very good. It was not real major. It just hung up and it didn't take him long to get up to do it and then he did a couple more things. My husband is an older person and he can't climb anymore, it is very high. It was somewhere probably around $300. He repaired something that was keeping it from coming up, he didn't actually work on the door. It wasn't a garage door installation, something had come loose at the control part up and he had to climb up high and fix that and then he fixed a couple more things. It was actually in the remote control of it. It was not a major job. We were happy with him. For what they did, just a minor repair, I felt like the price was fine for what he had to do. He was probably here for about an hour. We had used them a long time ago. So, I still had the receipt from the past years. They've always done us good jobs. He left the area pretty clean. I called them, they came out, fixed it and that was it. We were pleased with them, we would use them again.

It was okay, it was not that great, but I'm fine. Outside garage door openers were cheaper, but he was charging me more. But we were in a situation, we didn't have any choice. We wanted to get that fixed quickly because we were going out of town. In that aspect I thought we were taken for a ride. He gave an option, but we were in a vulnerable situation, we just took it, we had no choice. I'm not that happy with the quality of work because it was making a lot of noise. We were going out of country for three weeks and we came back and we actually rented out that house because we were building a new house. We didn't bother to follow up, but there was lot of noise in the garage door opener. The one we had before actually was much quieter than the newer one. Their responsiveness was good. Just one person came out to do the service. It took him maybe one hour to complete the service.

It went fine. I recall that I thought it was a little bit on the expensive side for what was done, but not bad at all. They did a good work. They're reliable. They've been around for a long time. The area was left clean.

They impressed me. Onley one person came out and it took less than an hour. He left the area maybe cleaner than when he got here.
