Description of Work: Replace broken Spring. Had previously purchased their "lifetime Spring warranty" Blah!! This slightly reduced my bill but they still charged me over $400. Really??? Lots and lots of hidden charges. I will never call these CHEATS again!!!!

Service was ok but door started coming off track again several months later ---just outside 30 day warranty. Change providers and used alternate who was able to perform repair effectively.

We have tried to contact this customer to fix any problems and concerns they may have. The main problem we see is that this work was done in 2010 and the customer just posted this review/complaint three years later in May of 2013. We are working to get to the bottom of this issue.

Door installation and opener was performed timely and is in excellent condition and I can lock it.
Description of Work: Don't leave your garage door unlocked. Replaced the damaged door and the door opener.

The whole experience could not have been better.
Description of Work: Corey, the service rep form Action Garage Door showed up for an apointment in less than two hours form when i called them. He was not only able to give me a quote on the spot but was able to perform the service right then and there. I thought I needed a new garage door opener but he explained that he coudfix what we had and make it a lot better. The door works just fine now. Corey did a very professionala nd thurough job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
