PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW ALL THE WAY TO THE END: Jacobs company is by far a great car salesman. He can upsale. 1) Needed total attic cleaning w/blown in insulation to code. 2) Needed Duct replacement s and cleaning. 3) Needed all air ducts throughout the house cleaned and verifiable checked for temperature control. Original quote of about $6,000.00. Then what we got was upsold to work not completed. 1) He did not even know who a Code enforcement officer is. He did not clean out old insulation and proceeded to blow in new insulation on top of old. 2) He did not replace any ducts only cut off portions then taped them shorter. 3) He did not complete radiant barrier wrapping as stated all around the interior attic walls. He only completed what we could see without us going further into attic areas. 4) He upsold us to paint house for an add-on of $4,000.00. To include all caulking and wood replacement needed including fireplace. He had his young workers doing repairs while he mostly walked around on the phone. All the caulking and painting were incomplete and he added on painting the patio cover in the amount of $750.00. We paid him 1/2 in the amount of $5,750.00 and asked him to complete. He agreed to come back and complete for the other 1/2. He came back and his workers completed the wrap in the attic. However, We found him walking around on the phone and then our neighbor asked for estimate and instead of finishing our house before going over to their house. Jacob went over and took ladder to help them. Jacob did not advise us or ask to be excused to assist our neighbor. I wish we could attach pictures for your information on this. We fired Jacob and his company for non completion of work and have not paid him any additional funds as work agreed to has not been completed. He called us thieves and liars. He has also sent me a threatening text after he left our home. I hope that if you do hire him to just have him do simple Honey do jobs since that is really all your going to get completed. He will hurry to get done and leave with minimal completion of only what he thinks he can get you to overlook.

they did a great job quickly. From the time they got here to check out what was needed, until they completed the job was less that 3 hrs.

We are speechless. Jacob and his crew Alex/Nathan did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with their service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Our project turned out awesome and we are very pleased.

The only issue I had is they left screws on the floor after the job.

I hired them because their quote per unit was so far below what everyone else offered. If it is too good to be true, it is. When they got here and did the *add-on sales* of everything that needed to be done, they were WAY more expensive than anyone else. These were things that were already included in the quotes of others. I ended up not having everything done that I needed because the price was so crazy. They also forgot to clean the dryer vent (and I had to run out to them after they were in their van ready to leave to remind them). We were told on the phone that they take off every vent to clean them (they did not). Have them put in writing everything that their quote includes.

Jacob and his crew spent all day replacing my 2400 sq ft attic s insulation. They raise all my duct work and cleaned the are well. I was impressed with the work. Only downside was the add on sales were pricey and after checking I could have gotten a better price on the add on s. Overall good.

Best money spent. Friendly professional service. Arrived on time and answered any questions. Having insulation blown in is already a savings on my electric bill and the house is much cooler. You can count on this family owned and operated business for quality products and service!

Jacob contacted me quickly after I submitted my work request. He showed up when he said he would to review details of my request. He stated up front it would cost a bit to fix my problem but it was necessary work so we proceeded. They give lifetime guarantee and worked quickly and efficiently and were very professional.

Service was excellent On time, each day All employees were very friendly and so respectful to a senior lady Owner was very clear explained everything to me Will use them any time I need other repairs/ installation of anything Did Chimney repair, gutter repair and add screening to replace the old so water would drain, replaced two panels in my wood fence, powder washed deck and all around home I could go on and on No high pressure at all Very very honest I would give 10 stars

Called Immediately and arrived as scheduled. He knew his business. As far as the value I didn't get any other estimates so, I cannot rate the price as the best or worst.

I renovate houses for a living and Jacob is a real pro all things fireplace related. Quick response and great end result.

They were thorough and prompt. The owner notice some items that needed fixing and took care of them quickly. Since I am unable to enter the attic, I cannot gauge how well they accomplished the job, but feel sure all items were addressed.
