Jacob is so nice and professional. He explained everything what the process was and the cost. Took pictures so we could see the process. Paid when job was complete. Wonderful person to work with.

The owner called to let me know the crew would arrive in approximately 45 minutes and they showed up on time and got right to work. Jacob, the owner and I met to discuss options for additional work, which I agreed to. They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once the job was complete and new insulation blown the crew cleaned up and loose debris in the garage and driveway. I am happy with the crew and their work.

Jacob, the owner of 53 Air & Power, LLC arrived early (after calling) to provide an estimate of the work required to allow me to safely use my fireplace. He was professional, clearly explained what work was required, and how much it would cost. He came prepared to complete the repairs the same day and did so. He and the crew answered my questions clearly, worked quickly, and cleaned the work area well. I would definitely use them again for any needed repairs.

Replaced inside firebox and gas pipe. Installed artificial logs in front fireplace. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I would hire this business again.

I will review the value for the money after a full heating cooling season. I'm happy to have the 28 year old (orinional) dirty, compressed Rockwool gone, as well as having the major air intrusion items sealed. Pricing, in my view, was very reasonable. Jacob and crew are top notch. On time, work at a steady productive pace, open to any question or suggestion, clean up as the go along, clean up when they're finished

I have 1132 sqf hola and I was charged for 1300 sqf , they did not clear my attic well as the charge, mess up my plumbing plumbing the discharge for AC called never answered, they charged more to seal and replace ductwork, they did not I have to hire professionals do it , I do recommend everyone except this company worse service.

Jacob was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The price for the attic insulation was really good, other company was twice his price. He took the time to answer all my questions with detailed answers. He told me an attic fan would cool the attic even more. When I told him I was not prepared to spend that money yet he did not try to pressure me. I will definitely recommend him to everyone and I will use him again for my next project. Jacob renewed my faith in contractors.

The owner himself comes to the home with a crew. The crew inspected the fireplace and he oversaw that. He was honest with me about everything and did not push me to buy but did warn of possible hazards. I was happy with the service

claimed I had dangerous stage 2 creosote and would take multiple stages of acid wash to clean. I was skeptical because of how small of an amount there was and how thin it was. 2x8; on each back corner of fire box. I sprayed it with some dawn powerwash and it came right off with a rag. they wanted 900.00 for this service. I do not recommend.

They were very professional. Did great work. Very informative.
