I am satisfied with the work done.

They provide a reasonable price for cleaning the chimney, but then bid very extravagant prices for any work you may need. For example, in my house the hearth brick mortar needs to be removed and reinstalled, then the hearth would be repainted if one chooses. Their price $ 1,800. I can get it done for about $ 200. Since I am in the remodeling business this may not be quite fair pricing, but I do not see why they would charge more than $ 500 for the work.

They came on time, did the job, cleaned up, and left. They knew we had an attic door in the doctor's exam room so they entered thru the garage attic door but when they blew the insulation in, they didn't cover or protect the other attic door. Insulation fell in thru the cracks all over the technician who was working with the doctor. Since they knew the door was there I wish they had kept insulation from flying in. Otherwise I think they did a great job. It certainly made a difference in the temperature of the building on hot days.

What started out good, did not end that way. Jacob promised a cooler attic for entering 3 solar attic fans to meet our storage needs. The attic is still hotter than expected. He said he purchased the lifetime warranties on fans. Manufacturer, Solar Royal knows nothing about that. Lied. Solar Royal said 53 Air should of closed at least 2 of our roof vents and did not. Fans are just recirculating the hot air from vents they are next to. Still stuck with a hot attic!

Great job repairing the fireplace and chimney, and installing our new gas logs. Very professional. They verbally itemized the steps before starting, but I didn't see a written itemized list on the receipt until they finished. I recommend them, but suggest you see the itemized work and cost before they start. `
