Description of Work: Oct 2012 - started out with a lot of confusion as to what needed to be done to clean and color seal approximately 170' of ceramic tile. Aaron came out and I was told it couldn't be done due to some hairline cracks in my grout. I talked to the owner and he admitted he didn't know the process fully. Aaron went ahead and cleaned the tile at my request and alot of grout came out with the machine. I wasn't happy but Aaron was very nice and did what he thought was right and what I asked him to do. The next week Josh came out. He was also very nice but again because of some hairline cracks in some of the tile I was told it would be another $50.00. I agreed. Josh put grout down and since it needed to dry before it could be sealed he had to come back another day. It did look a lot better when he finished. The 3rd trip Josh came out and colored sealed. He finished and the floor looks great. Aaron and Josh tried very hard and both young men were extremely nice. Job turned out good and yes I would use them again but I would ask questions before I buy the coupon. Apparently they are non refundable and I didn't realize that.
