Steam It

He was very efficient and the company had a nice personnel. He was very personable. He was running early and he called to make sure it was alright. It took him about 30 minutes to do the granite cleaning, polishing and sealing for me.

It turned out fine. They got the floor clean. I think their ad over sold the service. It doesn't look brand new but its definitely clean. They do a deep cleaning.

:Pretty good but the wool carpet in bedroom - spots came back. It was some Nail Oil that my dog got a hold of and some of it spilled onto the carpet. Through the weeks, the spots grew darker and when it was cleaned, they were gone. However, they are slowing coming back. I'm not sure if this is a wool carpet issue but seems a little nail oil shouldn't be too difficult to clean. I may call another company that is experts with wool carpeting. This is the second time I've use the company for carpet and tile cleaning but the first time using on our new wool carpet.

They were great -- polite, timely, and managed to make our very old and very dirty carpet look nice. We knew we were way overdue for a cleaning, but it became very obvious after we moved a couple of pieces of furniture and the carpet that had been covered was a distinctly different color! After the cleaning it is all nice and light colored again, without any differentiation. The carpet has a nicer texture as well. The whole process was surprisingly fast, even though they were very thorough. We appreciated how well it all went and will definitely use Steam It again.

Meh did a good job, but was unable to get the pet stains out of the carpet, despite coming back a second day and trying again. The areas with normal foot traffic cleaned up great.

On time, did a good job. Included my bathroom at no extra charge since my granite was in good condition.

The major stains I was worried about came back after floor dried, I would not use these people again.

I called them, and they sent a young man out to look at the job. He said he was unsure about some of the job, and let me know that they could do the caulking portion of the job for us. He left, and and we scheduled an appointment for the work. The man that showed up to do the work, seemed lost, like he didn't really know what he was doing. He looked sketchy to me, and only showed up with one tube of caulk. He told me that he didn't have a flat blade to do the work, and did not have the right caulking to do the whole job. He mentioned that he should maybe come back in a few days to do the work. I asked if he could just go to Home Depot to get some, and he was very confused and unsure if he could do that. He only scraped about 12 inches before he was about to start caulking. I asked him why he wouldn't just scrape it all before starting to caulk, and he said he didn't have the flat blade to do that. I decided I was not comfortable having him do the job, and asked him to leave.

They seemed to be very responsible and did a good job. It was suppose to be a cleaning for a couch and a chair but my chair was small so they did 2 chairs along with the couch. They satisfied my problem with my chairs and and couch. They was very responsive and came quickly after I had called them. The gentleman was very polite.

My wife was very happy with it. My wife thought they were quite good.

There were some stains that didn't come up but I think it was inevitable, the carpet was really bad when we moved in.

The service was ok. The gentleman was on time and very friendly. The quality was not as good as I was hoping for.

I purchased a Big Deal with them, it worked out just fine. Everything was done as promised.

The price was great due to a special and it was easy to schedule service. My problem is with the quality of work. I was not on site when technician cleaned the carpets, but arrived as he was leaving. I asked him if everything went ok and he said yes, except for a stain that he couldn't get out. Attached is a picture of how one bedroom looked after his cleaning. I had to hire a chemdry company to come out and clean the stains. In the future I will only use the chemdry method and not steam cleaning.

He arrived early, I was busy with housekeeper, but told him to go ahead. He went right to work and was finished and leaving before I knew it (he asked me to sign his paper on the way out the door). I did not have the opportunity to review his work before he left, but he did a fair job. There were a few areas I would have had him concentrate cleaning a bit more, but it was okay for the price.

I have not heard from the company to schedule my appointment. I called Angie's List and they directed me to my membership messages where I saw I received a response three days after I bought the deal.

Great jjob, the technician was fast and very nice, very detailed and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend and use again

It didn't work out with Steam It, either they weren't willing to come out this far out. They're located in Austin and they we're in a different county.

It went well. He came as scheduled and did a pretty good job. There were no issues.

Cleaning was quite effective, carpet continues to look good and no reappearance of old stains. Definitely a good value.

We were happy with the cleaning service that we got. They honored the Big Deal price. I didn't have any direct interaction with them because I wasn't here. They did a very effective job with the ultimate service in terms of doing the cleaning. We were definitely happy with the outcome. We used them because they had the coupon available and their existing ratings were positive. I think the price was reasonable. It was fairly easy to schedule and set up so that worked well.
