Description of Work: steam our carpets

Description of Work: Guy came out to re-caulk my master shower and an area behind my kitchen sink. It could have gone better. I ended up cleaning up after the first guy that came out as he left a pretty big mess. I had to re-caulk a couple of areas where he used white caulk instead of clear. He told me that he only brings white caulk to the job which is surprising given the number of places where white caulk is not appropriate. He also could not stain the grout caulk that he used behind the sink which required a second dude to come out to finish the job a couple of days later. The second dude was awesome and was not happy with the job that the first dude did. If you end up with the right dude then the job is done right, but if you get the wrong dude, prepare to be disappointed. For that reason, I would not recommend them for this service to my people.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for eco-friendly carpet cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and spot removal. They did three rooms.

Description of Work: Polished granite and travertine. Raul was so great, we had him back to clean our carpets which no one else got clean, but he did!

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning: days to dry, some furniture 'stuck' in carpet after drying. Tile and grout cleaning: no noticeable difference in look of tile and grout.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time and was very efficient and professional. He also gave me tips on caring for the granite counter tops.

Description of Work: I had my upstairs carpet and stairs steam cleaned. Called and was able to get an appointment very quickly. The tech called to come earlier in the day when he had a cancellation, which worked out better for our schedule anyway. We also got a $10 discount for being flexible. Our carpet is old and with 5 kids, gets stained quickly. The carpet looked great when the work was done.

Description of Work: Bought the $99 deal for three hours of work. Provider scheduled for 10AM. Showed up around noon. The key here is that if you do not have 3 hours worth of work specifically lined up, you aren't getting three hours. Our house is about 11 years old and I could tell some of the caulking in bathrooms and kitchen was in need of repair. However, I am not a professional, so I planned to rely on the experts to recommend what to fix. The provider asked me what I wanted him to do so I picked out a couple of the worst spots. He told me he had another job schedules at 1:30 (remember he showed up at noon and I paid for three hours). Long story short, I tried to point him to what I could see needed repair and I got about an hour and a half worth of work. I probably won't ever do these prepaid deals again.

Description of Work: used coupon for marble polishing, arrived at agreed time performed caulking of granite and then polished the granite. |professionally performed. |Would use again.

Description of Work: Josh was punctual and very courteous. He came in and we talked about what he was to do and what we had purchased, answering any questions that we had. He was very careful to position the hoses so that they did not do any damage to our house. He took his time and our 8 year old carpets look like new. We are very pleased with the service and the results. We would definitely ask him to come back.

Description of Work: The Steam person cleaned and polished the marble top, but it was not |the service I thought I was buying. I wanted the blemishes and dull spots buffed out and that might have needed grinding down before sealing in the blemishes. |Nothing really changed with this service and the dull spots on the marble are still there. Disappointing

Description of Work: Inadequate communications from provider about type and extent of services to be provided and no followup afterward. Service was not satisfactory but I did no pursue it with a manager.
