Description of Work: Eco friendly carpet cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing and spot removal.

Description of Work: Put on a paste and buffed it. Whole process took 15 min. Left a nice sheen, but not sure that there is a lasting effect. Certainly not something that will remain for a year or more.

It had really cheap builder grade carpet in the house, they made it look 100% better than it did when we moved in. The rental company was pleased and we received our deposit back.

Description of Work: I don't remember the date, actually. They did the basic thing that they do just fine. However, their policy not to move heavy furniture means that they do not touch any piece of furniture, no matter how light it is. That would be fine, if they would let you know about their policy ahead of time. The guy was going out the door and I stopped him and ended up moving the chairs by myself. They were on special pads that make it easy to slide them, and a love seat and chair were definitely under their "heavy furniture" limit. So, a 66 year old man was hurriedly moving the "heavy furniture", so I could get the job I thought I had paid for from the 20 something worker, who was out of the door in 40 minutes, total, for the $79.00 "special". I recommend them only because I assume everybody is shifty these days about things like this, and what he did was done well.

Description of Work: They came out timely the first time. Tech was very professional and personable, unfortunately the finished product was bad. There were many spots that were not clean and in the closet the entire floor was still dirty. There were areas in the living room that remained dirty. I called to complain and they came back out. it was a different tech and he redid the whole job. The floors looked better wet. The problem, it stayed wet for nearly 3 days and when it finally dried, it looked a little better than the first application, but still not very good. I just decided not to call back and complain. Just accepted it as a bad decision on my part.
