They refused to complete the work.

Horrible experience. Took five BRAND NEW chairs to have scotch guard applied. What they used on the chairs ruined them. The chairs ivory upholstery had brown stains after the service. When I called and told them about the issue they accused me of not informing them they needed to be dry cleaned only. They are refusing to take responsibility for their actions. This company is unprofessional, untrained and rude. I will not be using them again.

The person who came was extremely professional, thorough and did a great job. My couch, which was assaulted by two young kids, came out perfectly clean and super soft! Also, he did a great job on the carpet. Also, super nice guy all around.

It went well. I am a little worried about a red and white chair--the white seems less bright.

Arrived right on time for the appointment. He was professional and got right to work. Cleaned up water spots on floor. Spot treated and steam cleaned couch. Looks great!

Chad was late arriving for my appointment. The caulking was not applied evenly in the shower and the appearance is uneven. Chad lacked confidence in the performance of job. I contacted Josh to express my dissatisfaction with this job and requested another technician besides Chad come out to my house to re-do the caulking in the shower. Josh stated that he would only send Chad out to redo this job. Josh's demeanor was one of indifference. I am requesting that another technician from Steam It return to the house and redo the job or a full refund of the price paid for this service.

Excellent work and fast - done in less than a day.

The service was excellent. They were quick, easy to schedule, and did a great job. I think they came the next day after I purchased the Big Deal. They did not charge me more than the $79 Big Deal cost. They offered an additional service like a stain master or something like that, but we did not take it, and there was no pressure or whatever. There was a dramatic difference in the cleanliness of the carpet versus the one that was very dirty. Actually, they came early. They were very good. I would use them again.

SteamIt has cleaned my carpets and now the tile and grout in my home, and I will definitely use them again for my future carpet and tile cleanings. The technician was prompt, professional and a very, very hard worker. My only note would be to clarify the verbiage on the $149 tile and grout cleaning and seal Deal offer to clearly state the grout seal included is not the color seal.

They were able to get me in on a same day service. They called in advance, and the guy they sent was professional and friendly. Although they were not able to get out everything, they did a great job with effort. They even tried to see if I could get the tile cleaned in some areas of my place. I would recommend them.

Provider was fast to confirm the order and accesible to schedule a convenient date. His representative arrived on time and was nice,friendly and courteus. I was a bit surprised that it was only one person in order to complete both jobs but it turned out to be OK. The carpet cleaning service ended being average results. I guess the service was a very basic clening and did't include any additional chemicals to treat difficult stains. I knew I had some hard stains on my carpet and of course they didn't go away at all.I'm not and expert but I'm going to guess that the cleaning was done extremely fast and probably not with a special attention to some details. As I said, I'd rate the result as an "average" carpet cleaning experience. The bathroom re-caulking was time consuming and I'm not impressed at all. Was the job done ? Yes Does it look like it was done by a professional contractor ? No. It looks like if I was the one who did it and I'm not very handy. It is probably a problem of high expectations. I was expecting that a the service would give me a "brand new again" feeling about my shower ( 2 years old) but it didn't. Highlights: Very nice and friendly representative. Cons: While they did what they were supossed to do they didn't win a raving fan.

They did it extremely well. They did a very good job. It was very professional. There was no other additional charge. He even did a little extra space and didn’t charge me for that. I would recommend them to others because they did a very good job at a reasonable price. The guy who came out was really good and did everything fine. I have had carpet cleaners out before and they had charged three times what they were supposed to charge and had tried to sell me other stuff. Compared to those this guy was awesome.

The purchase was old and not redeemed due our move, but vendor honored the coupon anyway. They also offered a good price of $40 to clean an extra chair while they were onsite. The were on time and took care not to get water on the wood floors. I'd use them again.

I was present during the whole steaming process, and the provider was very efficient, explained what he was going to do, and answered my questions. The whole process was completed within an hour of the time he arrived at our home.

The young technician came to my home to do the cleaning. The floors are left soaking wet and still have pet hair covering them. The water seems to have not been vacuumed up afterwards. I am in a wheelchair and can't get across the floors to my bathroom as they are too wet 3 hours later. He stated for a few hours, they would be damp but they are soaked. He also dropped a hose as he was leaving that attaches to his van and it spilled water in my front entry way. He stated he'd come back in to clean it up and he never returned. He was a sweet young man but I'm dissatisfied with the cleaning.

It went very well. They called as they said they would when enroute. After inspecting my tile, gave me several options to consider and completed the work, cleaned up the area and left. They were professional, courteous and I was very pleased with the work completed.

Would only caulk kitchen sink and bathtubs. Did not clean grout in bathrooms. Caulking was OK ..... areas looked better than before, but expected more precision. Liked the person who came out but would not use again
