Description of Work: Jerry from Steam It Carpet came on time, steam cleaned all of our carpet, and was completed early! Very please with the job he did and the timeliness and professionalism of the service. I will definitely use Steam It Carpets again and ask for Jerry to do the work.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list coupon that came with a bundles package. Steam It was flexible enough to customize the service to meet my needs instead of the pre bundled package. They did great work, and super flexible schedule. I should have done this a long time ago.

Description of Work: Excellent - good, friendly service with after care advice too. This was an 'end of tenancy carpet clean'. Was also happy to talk to owner regarding service provided and receipt issued. We were happy and the owner was happy 😀 there was confusion over payment so we paid him and are now in the process of reclaiming the monies paid to Angie's List - all seems to be going fine at the moment.

Description of Work: The "Cleaning and Polishing" process was rather disappointing and not what I had expected. The service person merely used an aerosol can of spray on polish and then rubbed it off by hand. The whole thing took 20 minutes. It looked nice for about a week.

Description of Work: His was a great deal to have our wool area rugs cleaned. They look great and feel great to walk on now.

Description of Work: My home. It went very well and fast. It did not dry in 4 hours as thought. It took about 10 hours and that is with fans going. I was up at midnight vacuuming and moving furniture back.

Description of Work: I had a heater core break in my car; it flooded the floorboard with antifreeze. I called Steam It on Wednesday to see if they could help. He scheduled me for 8am the next day. At 7:55, the tech showed up and got to work on the carpet that I had pulled out of the car. He used a degreaser first, then steam cleaned the carpet and all my floor mats. He did a very good job. I thought the $69 + tax was a little steep for the job (they also have a special to clean 3 rooms for $69), but sending someone out to my location isn't inexpensive and that is their minimum job rate. I was very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Inquired via the website and got a call almost immediately. The gentleman phoned the day of the appointment to say he was going to be a bit late due to ice. Completely understandable. Did a fantastic job and even got out a stain from the previous tenant that was there when we moved in a couple of years ago. Description of Work: The SteamIt man showed up at the appointed time and finished within an hour. The service was for three rooms. I wanted carpet cleaned in the living and dining rooms. He also cleaned carpet in the main areas of three bedrooms and a small oriental occasional rug in the hall. The carpets looked great and smelled good. He gave me good information on cleaning carpets after pets as well. I will call them again!

Description of Work: Very professional and very determined to get all of the stains out of the carpet. Will use them again to clean the tile and grout in our home. And of course, the carpets.
