Description of Work: I had moved everything I could possibly move before he came. i WAS SURPRIsed only one man came; therefore, furniture wasn't all moved as I had hoped. Others have placed styrofoam under chair, couch, table, etc. legs. Nothing was used for that purpose by SteamIt. Everything looks really good so hope it lasts. I give that lone fellow top accolades for doing a good job all by himself.

Description of Work: I asked very specific questions and got less than specific answers... I got the feeling the technician was trained to do just what the job entails and was not qualified to trouble-shoot or fix a situation should something go wrong... just an opinion but I was not very confident in the technician/company.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for whole house carpet cleaning. My house and the number of rooms was probably larger than the deal allowed, technically speaking, but the representative who came to clean was very flexible and allowed it all to be included. My carpet was very dirty and quite stained. For that reason, he let me know that he would not be able to get it perfectly clean. I could definitely understand that and just told him to do his best. In the end, there are still a few faded spots and somewhat dirty areas that were heavily stained, but overall I was very satisfied given the price I paid and the qualify of the cleaning. Representative was very professional and completed the cleaning in a prompt efficient manner.

Description of Work: Don't know how to rate them. When I booked $79 carpet cleaning deal I told them our apartment was on the 4th floor with elevator access. When tech came to clean carpets he said hoses wouldn't reach and he'd need to use portable cleaner for $69 additional cost. We told him other companies had been seen in the community cleaning 4th Apts by running ropes down and pulling hoses up over balcony. Tech said he wasn't equipped for that. He was punctual and polite but not inclined to do more. We declined the service and requested refund of the $79 charge.
