I just bought this home that is 8 years old and has its original carpet. Dan did an amazing job and really dedicated himself to the couple of worn/high traffic areas. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would use STEAM IT again - no doubt! I appreciated Dan's feedback on my sealed tile as well - He was very knowledgeable and had suggestions on what to do when the seal broke down later.

They cleaned my living room, kitchen and hallway tile. They recolored the grout in those heavy-use areas. Now it looks like the original color. They also cleaned the carpet in the bedroom and living room. They did a very good job.

I was not in at the time he came to do the work and after they left, days later we just felt like chemicals from the carpeting. I think he just over saturated the carpets with soap [and chemicals. On the ceramic tiles all I know he told my husband that he was not able to get all the stains out in the grout which I really wonder because another provider said that if he were to do our tiles it would come out cleaner. I don’t know because they are all in competition with each other. Overall he used too much of the chemicals. A lot of the stains came back because of all the over saturation of the soap. The other provider showed us all the soap that was in there. I don’t think I will not use them again.

Excellent service and price. Arrived on time and was very professional. We had an RV with a bad dog odor in the carpet and they cleaned and deodorized the carpet. It looked great when they were finished and no odor! We also had a sofa cleaned at the same time. It was very stained, again from our dog. They were able to remove most of the stains and explained that it would harm the fabric if they used anything stronger. I was happy with their work and would use again. Don't hesitate to call them!

They let me know that my home was their last job of the day and they were able to cut their day and get off early. Not a good idea to tell a customer that, the first thought I had was ok...this will be a poor job because they're in a hurry. They were both young and one of them had poor language ("F" bomb dropped). I'm sure they didn't know I was in hearing distance, but that shouldn't matter when they are on a job. For a 1,500 sq ft home it only took them about 20 minutes to clean all the carpet. Before they started I asked them to spot treat a specific location and showed him the location. He said it was no problem. Come to find out, he never touched the specific spot I asked him to treat....didn't do a thing to it. I called the company number and left a voicemail which was never returned. Once they got the money, they were gone (lesson learned, never pay before looking over the job). Within a day after they cleaned the carpets, it looked as if they were never here. I recently called another company (American Stainmaster) to clean the carpets that did a wonderful job...and *every* spot that Steam It didn't remove is now gone thanks to American Stainmaster. I regret not contacting them to begin with. Don't use Steam It unless you don't mind handing your money to people who are unprofessional, only focused on getting the job done quickly, and taking your money. Disappointment.

I called for an appointment late Thurs afternoon, needing sudden cleaning the following day. They were able to help and had Joe show up promptly the following morning. Everything done in an hour. Appears to have been very thorough. They may have underbid the price but it was given to me over the phone and so I cut them slack at actual billing. All in all, good quick, effective service at a reasonable price.

The individual that came did a thorough job. Initially it was $175 but I had to do the stain guard and also some specific spots that I asked him to spend some time and put some deodorizer on. They did some services I asked for over and above what I was given the quote for. He worked very hard and the equipments he used seemed to be very professional. The price was good. I got a coupon offer and I also negotiated with them. They finished the job on time.

They were one time and finished the job quickly. They overall work was good, and a very competitive price.

They came in less than other companies. They cleaned the carpets after I moved out, there were stains in the carpet and they did a good job. They weren't able to get hair dye stains out but otherwise they did a good job.

Mike came out to give me an estimate very promptly. He and his crew showed up two days later with a steam machine (truck mounted). They cleaned my tile, moving my fridge and washer and dryer and all my furniture. Then they color sealed my grout bringing it from brown/black back to beige. They were here about 4.5 hours and were very efficient.
