Steam It

It was okay. They sent 2 guys out for 90 minutes. I think I would have gotten more value if they would have just sent one person for the 3 hours as the second guy did not seem to do much. The workers were okay and the scheduling was fine.

He had not completely removed the old caulking and grout, therefore the new grout was not sticking. It was apparent from the beginning. The grout was not even and smooth. If you need to repair a grout in your shower, I recommend you get a tile person. I did not use Steam It for cleaning. I think that is what they specialize in.

I would use them again in a heartbeat (and will next time I need my carpet cleaned). They were right on time (actually a few mins early), pretreated the carpet, and did a wonderful job getting all the stains out. It looks so much better upstairs! Next time I'll have them steam the sofa too.

I currently have two cats and one Chow Chow and have always had indoor cats and dogs in my home. I have nearly 15 year old Berber carpet and it's taken a lot of abuse over the years. My furniture was carefully moved and/or carefully worked around. Did a nice thorough job of pre-treating as well as cleaning and getting many of the stains and the carpet looks cleaner. And even nicer is that they have a fresh clean smell, not a chemical odor. Will use again.

Service went fine, the problem was with the payment. I was charged the full amount for the service and not credited with the $149 voucher amount. Company stated I had to get the refund from Angie's List instead of them.

Provider came earlier than scheduled time which wasn't good in this case. Gave me a a hard time about square footage. 2000 square feet is a lot of area 3000 sq foot house did not do 3 bedrooms not the bath rooms, not living room , and front room. Biggest thing is provider left water on when he left. Thanks.

I contacted Steam-it to clean the carpets on my house prior to move-in. Called on a Tuesday and they were able to work me in on Saturday morning. They were prompt, arriving at 8:35 am when I was given an 8:30-9 window. Cleaning for three bedrooms, a loft and stairs took about an hour and about 24 hours to dry completely. I'm very pleased with the whole process.

The service has been great. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable as well. They did a great job and I would use them again for both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. They were very prompt and on time. I have no complaints as they worked around my schedule and they waited until I was available.

They came when they said he would, cleaned 3 rooms of carpet for $149.99, as advertised. We were very pleased. He did not move any furniture. I had moved most of the smaller pieces, such as tables.

Saturday morning 9am, that was the scheduled service. I purchased - $99 for Three Hours of Kitchen/Bathroom Caulking and Grout Restoration. Great, just what I was looking for. Called to set up service and told them I would be needing Bathroom caulking done. Guy shows up and says he doesn't have the tools to do the job. Am I missing something? He says call them and reschedule. Thanks for wasting my time. Will be calling for a refund. Don't bother .

Josh showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through all of the trouble areas and laid out the needs. While the cleaning did not seem to take care of as much as I would have hoped, the service was exemplary. I went ahead and obtained a quote for tile and grout cleaning as well.

Everything was fine. There was one spot I was hoping they would get out but I think it's permanent.

Eric and Natasha did an outstanding job for my husband and I on the house we are moving into tomorrow. The carpets just zing!! they're so clean and fresh. And the grout work they did was amazing as well. I surely did not think that grout that dirty could have a *reboot* like Steam IT provided today. Thanks go out to both Eric and Natasha for such a wonderful job. You guys ROCK!!

It was primarily on our outside room in the back. We had a little bit of grout and a lot of cracks that needed sealing

They did a good job and I wouldn't go to somebody else. I would definitely recommend them for their reasonable price.

It went well, but the provider thought he was going to seal a floor and not a table top, so didn't have a tarp to protect floor. I provided some old sheets for this purpose.

It could be that our carpets were so badly stained (with three dogs) that there was not much a cleaning could do. However, we did not notice any improvement in appearance or smell of the carpet.

I used an Angie's list big deal to have some caulking replaced. He did a great job. Unfortunately my tub sagged a little and he had to come back twice more to fix it. Never even thought of charging me again. All fixed now, very happy

It was wonderful to have a professional do the work.

He was very nice, very professional. Only drawback, I thought that they would come in and actually clean out the old grout and put in new calking not just put calk over the old, but he said it wasn't necessary to do that.

Jonathan was the technician - he was courteous, efficient, clean and very good. We were excited with the company and the results!

Steam it showed up on time. They used a large orbital polisher. I wasnt there to watch them work the entire time but I did arrive before they were finished. It took them about two hours to do about 280 sq feet. The kitchen had mostly dirt and water spots that needed to be removed. The laundry room had mild but thorough light scratches from plastic laundry bins being dragged across it in the center. The master bath had light scratches and water marks near the shower from a remodel I just had finished. The kitchen looked great after they finished, my master bath looked like nothing had even been done and the laundry room actually looked worse. Now I had thorough scratching throughout the entire laundry room not just the center where the laundry baskets had been. The head guy said he would wax it and it would bring some life back to the tiles and I was ok with that. The tiles were still a little wet so I couldn't see just how bad it really was. Once the floor dried and I waited 2 hours to get in there like I was told for the wax to set the laundry room looked worse than before it was even serviced. I know how deep scratches right up to the edges of my washer and dryer which only their orbital polisher could reach. Even under shelving where nothing ever was put I have bad scratching. I called steam it the same day and voiced my concern. They said they would come back out which they did today. He said he forgot to polish near the toilet in my master bath so he fixed that but it still looks like hardly anything was done and polished up the tiny area near my dryer that was severely scratched but the laundry room still looks terrible. I wouldn't hire them for anything more than basic cleaning. And I won't ever give them my business again. The laundry room tile looks absolutely ruined. I wish I could post pictures to show just how bad it looks. It's obviously terrible and steam it's response is well we used the same machine in the kitchen and bath so why did it scratch here and not there? Well obviously something is wrong because all three areas got completely different results. He admitted the scratches weren't there before he started work yet somehow the scratches weren't steam it's fault. I have since found swirls in my kitchen as well. Of course Steam it refuses to do anything. Since this impacts the only area steam it managed to do right the review is being adjusted accordingly. Johnathan with Steam It did a great job cleaning the carpets in a timely manner. I barely had time to run to the corner store to get a drink before he was done. He was a great guy who even helped a blind woman, who was leaving the apartments, navigate her way around the hose that was run from the cleaning van. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a few rooms cleaned.
