I just really appreciated their professionalism; making a good time for the appointment; doing a nice clean job; AND for the efforts they took to try to contact me (as I was away) to let me know the needs to put in a peep hole in front door, as this was for my home in preparation for renting. Thank you so much~! I will keep you in mind for future keying!

The replacement of our front door latch required two visits from the locksmith over the course of a week or so. Although the latch works great, it was not a perfect match for our front door - which was disappointing since we now have to paint it again in order to cover the area not covered by the new latch's shape. Furthermore, the cost was $75 more than the $150 (parts/labor) that was quoted to me over the phone. Given the time it took to replace the latch, coupled with the mismatch shape and higher cost charged at the end of the job, I think we could do better given the amount of money we spent.

Mr. Rekey came and solved trhe problem. I felt good because it took a bit of time when I thought they would fix something in 1 minutes that I had tried to fix numerous times. They needed to take the mechanism apart and got it back together properly. Although this seems like a small issue, it had been keeping me from using my main entrance.

Called on Thurs. and got an appointment for Fri. Sal called to inform me that he was en route. Later text me that traffic was really bad and he would be about 15 min late. He explained in detail the normal wear and tear problems that occur in the type of hardware I had. He replaced the latch mechanism, and the hardware works perfectly. Mr. Rekey has a $59.99 trip charge plus labor and material to fix the problem. The replacement latch was $10.00, so my total bill was $75.77 incl tax. I consider this very reasonable. Sal was very courteous and and professional. Also well groomed and wearing a Mr. Rekey uniform ( maybe not a issue to some, but certainly a positive )

I called to ask Mr. Rekey about my problem (broken door handle) and he told me what to buy at Home Depot. Weeks later when I was ready (yesterday) I made an online request for service (very convenient). I received a reply shortly with my scheduled time slot (12 to 4) with a 30 min courtesy call. Jack (our technician) called at 10:45 saying he had an earlier time slot, but I was unable to accommodate as I had guests at the house. He was fine with that and said he would be here at Noon. He was very prompt in his arrival, explained everything he was going to do, and showed me about the new hardware. He was in and out in appx. 30 minutes. Very very courteous, kind and very nice man.

I was super impressed. My car had been broken into this morning, and my house keys were stolen. I called ReKey at 7:45am -- they had a locksmith out to my house by 11:30am, work was done by 12:00pm. The price couldn't be beat as well. When I called, the scheduler was very open and transparent about the cost, and was very nice. I would highly recommend anyone work with them!

Timely, courteous, professional and MacGuyer-esque. I ah an extremely involved and difficult lock issue on my new home..17 locks, four different keys (of which we only had one) and thank goodness Mr. Rekey was up for the challenge! I am amazed. Utterly astounded at the quality of work and the price. I would not hesitate to ever use them again...

I drove to their warehouse and the guy that greeted me wasn't sure if they did that kind of work, he walked me into the call center area and had me speak with a lady who promptly and rudely told me they don't do that kind of work, they only do work on someone's property. She said I should try a competitor locksmith. You would think she would ask me if I wanted to make an appointment to have someone come to my house. They treated me like I was crazy for coming to the address that they post on their website and Angie's list.

Everything went very smoothly from scheduling the appointment to installation of the lock. Only took him about 15 minutes to complete and he even rekeyed to match the other door locks. I highly recomment Mr. Rekey.

They were right on time, professionally dressed and ID'd, pleasant, and fixed my broken deadbolt in about 20 minutes. Very smooth experience.

It was difficult to order the required part as the door did not have a model number on it but after (Michael) with Mr Rekey talked to the supplier several times and sent him photo's of the door they finally figured out what locking hardware I needed. Michael came over several times while working with the supplier and would get the needed information for him.
