They are reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They did a good job.

Good customer service. The job was scheduled within a very reasonable time. Ismael Ramos came to the house as scheduled and was very courteous and professional. The company specializes in house rekey's so their prices are very competitive.

Very happy with my experience with Mr. Rekey. I was able to get a same day appointment for their rekey special. Cordell called 30 minutes before his arrival to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the appointed time. In addition to rekeying the locks, he fixed a broken key latch at no extra cost. He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. I would refer Mr. Rekey and Cordell to anyone I know who is moving.

it didn't. this must be a national franchise since when i called i was connected with a central call center. the rep didn't know where i was calling from, spoke almost unintelligibly, and had trouble understanding what i was calling to ask and pretty much everything else i said. he immediately started taking my information to schedule a visit before he addressed any of my questions (mainly how much it would cost). he put me on hold for 5 minutes and i hung up.

Our technician, Hayden, arrived on time and was super courteous and helpful even when our locks proved to be challenging due to their age. In fact, the lock type was so old and obscure, Hayden had to make a special trip to find the right keys and then came back to finish the job and stuck with it until it was done. After all of that, I was dreading what the "upcharge" might be for the trouble, but they stuck to the quoted price and were super easy to work with. Hayden (and Mr. Rekey) went above and beyond!

The provider, Cordell, was very professional and he really cared about his craftsmanship. Response time on this request was very quick and they showed up when they said they would. Great experience! I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

They did not do what I wanted them to do. I wanted them to put a keypad lock on the front door and they would not do that. They did not think it was a good idea. I decided I was not going to use them. There is a law in Texas about key laws I did not know about. It was about a handle-less lock. He was helpful in terms of information but did not do what I wanted. His prices were decent. They did come out quick and the keys work. I would go with somebody else because I do not like people telling what they want.

Service went very well. would definitely use again. Mr. Oritz handed his business card which was a typical card and I suggested that he use a magnetized card ( I put them on the side of the fridge.) so that I can find them easily next time. He thought that was a good idea.

Starting with the dispatch person to the technician Cordell everything was fantastic! A 1 Class Service! I stated that I had a dangerous situation and the dispatch person sent someone to my house in 10 minutes! And the technician Cordell was wonderful and very professional and courteous! He went beyond my expectations! Definitely a Winning Company!!

-I scheduled the service appointment on the company's website. -The website was professional and easy to navigate. -The available appointment times were flexible, and Saturday mornings were an option which worked best for me. -Setting up the appointment was very very simple and I received a confirmation email which was helpful since I never spoke to an actual person while setting up the appointment (it was all done on-line). -I scheduled the appointment on-line on a Tuesday and sure enough on Saturday morning I received a phone call around 8:15 a.m. to let me know that a technician was in my area and would arrive at my home at 9:00 a.m. -The technician Cordell was prompt and extremely personable. He performed the job in about 30 minutes and was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. -All 3 of my doors were keyed identically so I just need one key to unlock/lock all the doors to my house. -Before he left Cordell allowed me to test the keys in all the doors to ensure everything was working according to plan and I didn't have any troubles. -I thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was done and my overall service experience which I considered to be exceptional.

The appointment contact spelled out the costs and set an arrival window. The appointment person seemed to know her stuff. The technician called to say he was on his way and arrived within the arrival window. The technician?s name was Lee and we mention his name because he was good, competent, and focused. This took a couple of hours and everything works fine. Lee had some adjustments to make for smooth operation so it wasn?t a complete cake walk but Lee took care of it: no fuss, no muss. Everything was well done. We definitely would use them again. We recommend Mr. Rekey and Lee.

Technician (Cordell) texted and called with voicemail advising me of his arrival time. He arrive exactly when he said he would, was polite, professional, and very friendly, and completed my re-key in less than 30 min. Dealing with Mr. Rekey is always easy, and this experience was no exception.

These people are REALLY good. Bob showed up on time & fixed issues that other locksmith's had not been able to do. I would definitely call Mr. Rekey for any future key or lock problems.

It went well. My package included 5 locks and I only had 4 across 3 doors. They would have really provided "wow" service if they had suggested re-keying the lock on the garage door (the one the car goes through). I didn't think of it til a couple days later and it was my miss, but would have been awesome if they'd suggested it...

I called on a Thursday to try to get a weekend appointment, They attempted to get a locksmith to my home earlier but Tuesday morning between 9-11 was my slot. They were very professional on the phone, even calling the day before to say they wouldn't arrive until about 11:15. The tech actually arrived after noon. The tech called when on the way and when he arrived so I could put my dogs up. They were done in a very short time, the tech was very polite, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this service.

Fantastic job Mr. Rekey and Alec!!! The work was perfect and I was able to call in and add the 2 dead bolt installs the day before with no issue at all. My home was on a lock box so I didn't get to meet Alec but he called and let me know when the work had been completed. Thank you for your hardwork!

The technician sent by Mr. Rekey arrived promptly at the appointed time, was very friendly and professional, did a great job fixing the problem with my door's lock, and provided tips for dealing with problems with locks in the future. The cost was reasonable and Mr. Rekey was easy to communicate with in scheduling the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will use them again if I ever experience a similar problem.

Called 6/3/2015 and they got someone to come out that day.

Lee arrived in the time slot given. Called before he arrived. Fixed the problem with my deadlock on back door in five minutes!

Everything went great. They were on time and professional. The work was done quickly, but I was not made aware that two of the locks would have to be completely changed to be on the same key. I ran to Home Depot while they waited for me and they were able to get it all done in a few more minutes. You can get this service done for about 25% cheaper, but their reputation is really good and it al went well.

They were to arrive between 10am-noon. Lee called about 10:30 and stated hew was running late and wouldn't make it by noon. He was apologetic and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I work 10 minutes from the home, it wasn't a big deal for me to do it later in the day. He stated his current job was lasting longer than anticipated and may not be to my home until 2pm. I asked if he would call on his way to my home so I could meet him there since I was 10 minutes away. He called about 1pm and said he could be there in 18 minutes. 18 minutes later, we met at the house. He worked quickly and had the house re-keyed with 8 new keys for me in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and it was rather obvious, this wasn't the first time he'd done this. Easy to see why this company has so many 5 star reviews, they are warranted.
