Description of Work: Fantastic job! Bert helped rekey file cabinets at our office. Then I needed my new place re-keyed & deadbolt replaced. On top of that the old owners had a code lock and left with the admin code. Bert found the code. Helped me reset it and found a video to explain the way the lock works. The company was very friendly when I set up the appointment. Helpful and responsive.

Description of Work: Texas rekey replaced keys for all the door locks in our newly bought house. The scheduling was very easy and the locksmith who came to our house was very professional and courteous. We have one door where the replaced key doesn't work, we are waiting for Texas rekey to come by to fix it. Soon will post an update on how that goes.

Description of Work: These folks were great. Each person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful (I called a couple of times) and the guy who came out to do the work did a great job and when one of the locks didn't quite fit he got his tools out and fixed it, no problem. I had four locks re-keyed, got four copies of those keys (same key fits all locks) and had two keyless deadbolts installed. For $151?? Not too shabby.

Description of Work: The house we purchased was a foreclosure, so we only received 1 key. I called to have the house rekeyed and was able to schedule the service at my convenience. Mark came out and replaced our deadbolts and rekeyed all of the locks. He also was able to provide us with remote controls for the garage door opener and reprogram that for us. When the garage door wouldn't open all the way with the opener I called back and the person who answered the phone said that they guarantee all their work and sent him back out that day. Mark came back out and adjusted the up lift for me and now it works great. Would definitely recommend this service. Mark is great!
