Description of Work: Had locks re-keyed at a newly purchased house. Called on a Saturday and they scheduled it for the next Monday afternoon. Service person was very courteous, explained everything, and performed work quickly. I checked prices with several other locksmiths and this was the lowest price for what I needed, which was 3 doors re-keyed. Only complaint is with the dispatcher. They had given me a 4-hour window and said technician would call when on the way. About 10 minutes after the time period was up and I had not heard from anyone, I called the company. Only then did I receive a call from tech saying he was on his way.
