Had an interior door that was locked; they got it open and rekeyed it to match our existing locks. I called at 9am, they were here by noon and done by 12:30.

It was easy to set up an appointment, the worker was on-time, and he worked quickly. The new keys and locks work well.

I called around noon and they made an appt. for between 3:00 - 5:00 PM the same day. Nick said a service person would call me before they came. At 1:00 PM, I received a phone call and the installer said he was on his way if that was ok. I couldn't believe how fast they were, especially since I had just called! The installer was here about 30 minutes, was very nice, friendly and helpful. I paid exactly what they told me over the phone which I felt was extremely reasonable. I was pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My purse had been stolen with the keys to my house & mailbox in it. The next morning I called Texas re-key around 10am & they said they would have someone out b/t 12 & 2. The locksmith was there by 12:30 & got the job done in a little over an hour. They had a special for 59.99 to re-key 6 keyholes & gave 4 copies of the key. This was exactly what I needed. He had to completely replace the mailbox lock & provided me with 2 keys for it. I also got 10% off the complete job w/the Angie's List coupon. I thought it was a good price and was very happy with the job done & how quickly they got out!

We bought this house and I was not comfortable in the fact that the old owners could still have a key to the house. I like the style and finish of all the door handles, so they were able to keep those and just re-key the lock cylinders to a new code. I am not sure what the exact price was, but I know it was reasonable. I would recommend their services.

I checked Angie's List, looked at the Texas Re-key web site, called and a young woman with a lovely voice took all my information and then said they could to it the same day. Shortly after, James called to let me know he was on his way. Within two hours of the time I called, the work was done. James was fast, professional and extremely thoughtful. It was pouring down rain and he brought shoe covers so he would not track in mud or water! What a pleasure it was to do business with this company.

The locksmith arrived a little after noon for a 12-2 pm appointment. He spent at least 45 minutes repairing the latch and only charged $39.50. I have a house that is only 2 years old and the person who originally installed my door lock bent one of the parts that was supposed to just pull off. That is what took so long. I have never encountered such good service at such a reasonable price. I hope they stay in business!

When I called, the receptionist was friendly and courteous, and she gave very accurate information about the cost of the work, and the scheduling process. They schedule in 2-hour windows. I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to give me a time slot later the same day; in fact, the guy showed up right on time (at the beginning of the scheduled time slot) less than 90 minutes after I placed the call! The work was done very quickly and professionally, and with minimal fuss. The price was very reasonable (a bit less than I had guessed, to be honest). I'd definitely use these guys again!

The locksmith was very prompt. He arrived before the estimated time. He went to work immediately and had all the re-keying done in just over an hour. The advertised price of $59.95 is a bit misleading, as that is only for six key holes, which means only about 3 doors, as each door typically has two key holes.

I'd say they were great because they came right out after I called, and they were priced reasonable. The charge was actually less than I would have guessed it would be. It was quick and convenient so you really couldn t beat that either. I was happy with their work too.

OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY FIT THE LOCKS TO A SPECIFIED KEY. THE WORK WAS VERY QUICK. I WOULD RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN. THE WERE RELIABLE.
