I called them yesterday to have them do a rekey of my house. They had an opening for same day from 3-5pm, I told them I needed it to be 3:30pm and the locksmith was there right on time. He was very professional and rekeyed all of the locks in four doors and left me with four new keys. Quick response, thorough work, fair rate.

I submitted the request online the same week that the service was performed. The response was prompt and they gave me a window of time that the technician would arrive. He arrived early in the timeframe and even called me slightly before he arrived. He was quick and helpful. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

I called after 5 pm on a Friday to schedule a Sunday morning appointment. The person who answered listened to understand my issue, and was able to schedule a technician to come change my locks on a Sunday morning. The technician was Gerald. Gerald contacted me half an hour before the appointment, and was at my house as scheduled. Gerald was very friendly and did all the required locks within about 20 minutes. He even adjusted a sticky latch that had not been part of the original order. He had me check all the locks before he left to make sure everything was working correctly. The work was quick, accurate, and friendly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company.

.I called one afternoon and work was scheduled for the next morning. James, the technician, was professional. punctual and courteous and he did an excellent job.

The service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was comfortable with his expertise. I asked for more than we requested in our original service estimate and he made another appointment because all the equipment wasn't on the truck and it would have meant another service call charge. He came back the next business day with an associate to complete the work. The hardware was good quality but I did not inspect and check every door while they were still there. (Unfortunately assuming they had just done what we agreed.) One door was supposed to be a double-keyed deadbolt and it was not. The garage door deadbolt (worked on by the assistant) was not installed in line with the doorframe and I had to redrill and reinstall the strike plate to get it to actually lock. And we had to wait a few days for our extra key because the key grinder battery was dead. Not a big deal but still noted. I would hire them again but I will make sure I am specific about what I want, that we are all on the same page, and will make sure they've done it well before they go.

Easy to schedule, price was as advertised - no additional charges or surprises. They showed up on time, took about a half hour to get 5 locks re-keyed. Everything works great, guys were polite and professional.

Texas Rekey came and changed three locks on the doors to my new home. Dom was punctual and went straight to work - it was a bit challenging since he had to work around the guys installing my hardwood floors but he was fine =) However, that evening when I tried to lock the front door from the outside, the deadbolt wouldn't line up with the hole. So, I called Dom back and left a message. I also called Texas Rekey and they said they would send someone out to take care of it. The next day Dom called back to say he would come by (even though he was done for the day) but I said it was OK. In the end, Dom came like the day after (I wasn't in a hurry to fix it) and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the lock. No problems since =) The company is professional and I would recommend them to my friends.

The service was excellent and the price was competitive. I will definitely use Texas ReKey again.

Texas Rekey made it very easy to schedule the appointment. They showed up for the appointment on time, and did exactly what they were supposed to do, without any upselling or hassles.

Technician arrived promptly at the agreed time. He had all three of our external doors' locks re-keyed within about 30 minutes.

My tenant called to let me know the door knob on the bathroom door would not unlock. Fortunately there was another door out of the bathroom or she would have been stuck. Texas Rekey has helped ;me out numerous times over the years, so I called them to see if they could help me even if the door knob did not require a key. They said they would be happy to help and had someone there the same day. While they were there, they determined that both door knobs should be replaced and did so. The prompt response, reliable work and reasonable cost was the same as I have experienced doing business with them over the past 13 years. I would never hesitate to recommend their service. They are the only company I have ever called to change locks between tenants or when I need help at my own home.

Very affordable and informative. Not trying to sell me on more than what I requested. Even explained pros and cons of kwikset programmable locks. As a result, I returned those and has existing locks done. Would highly recommend them!

They re-keyed 8 locks on our new house. Technician was prompt and worked fast. Came back on another day to put in a lock on front door that matched the existing knob better than what he had on hand at the initial visit.

After we moved into a preowned home, I contacted Texas Rekey to replace the front door lock and rekey the other four locks. I appreciated them suggesting that we purchase our own lock to save money and ensure we got what we wanted. They came out when scheduled and completed the work quickly and with high quality. We could hardly tell that the front lock and door handle had been replaced. The cost was very reasonable.

It took alomst an hour for the parts to be installed with considerable drilling and metal shaving. At completion everything was cleaned up and the rep explained what he had done. It looked good and worked well. The initial contact and scheduling went well also. The person on the phone was professional and helpful in scheduling the work. The quotes for services were accurate. We would use ReKey again.

Terrance showed up right on time reviewed the work to be done and went to work. He got the job done and asked be to check the keys. One set was sticking - He corrected the problem on the spot. Good Job!

The locksmith arrived on time, was friendly but professional, and very efficient. He quickly repaired our front door lock, which was the main reason we required his services. We also had him check and tune up two other locks, which he did an excellent job fixing. Our garage entry works better than it ever has - smooth as silk. We highly recommend this company.
