Used them a few times which kept the refrigerator running well for over 20 years. Only purchased new a few years ago for better energy efficiency. always courteous, punctual and efficient

They had worked on the stove last year and said it was the same part. Replace it for free.

We thought the dryer was running cool he put his temperature control into the dryer on ran the test three times and everything turned out just fine very polite very easy-going seemed to know what he was doing.

They were on time. Very polite and professional. The repairs were completed quickly and properly.

Timely, pleasant. Diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue quickly.

He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and was gone.

Very good, although he did not have the replacement part in hand he was able to get it quickly and came back to do the repair.

The technician was courteous but it was $90 for them to tell me the washing machine wasn't leaking, it was the overflow drainage pipe, which they then couldn't fix.

Unable to fix, but did not charge for the service call.

It was good, appliance was not the problem. They thoroughly went through and found a hang up in the vent line done during construction of the home, and solved it.

I had used them through a warranty company.

The guy showed up in the middle of the window given, he found the problem very quickly, fixed it, I paid and he left. Took about 45 minutes. Took the Angie's list coupon, so total was actually $150.

I have used them a couple of time, and they are actually pretty good. They have come out twice, and they always leave a discount card for the next visit, and they do a very professional job. They get the job done. They fixed the dishwasher one time, and the next time they fixed the disposal. The price was reasonable. They did an excellent job, they fixed it, and they told us what to do next time. They went above and beyond. They came out right away. We used 2 different guys, and they were both very professional.

I would give them a good rating. I would use them again.

It was good and the service tech was great. He wasn't able to fix it because he had to get a part and come back. It was a great experience. It took about a week to come back because they had to order the part because we have an older stove. We didn't compare his prices.

The price was included in the purchase. They seemed fairly well confident. My husband is an engineer so he has high standards and they seemed to have met those standards. They did come out for warranty work. The quality is fine.

I thought they were good in every way, except their prices were too high. They did fine work, and fixed the washing machine properly, but I wouldn't want to use them again, because I thought their prices were too high. I paid the price but it was high. I had to replace the machine after that, because it was older, and I got a new machine.

It went fine. They came out and fixed my refrigerator. Then they left.

The guys that they sent out were nice, and they did a good job, unfortunate the Samsung refrigerator was bought from Sears, and Sears is the only one with the information, and the diagram that they needed to repair the refrigerator. Sears wouldn't supply to them, and we ended up having to buy a new refrigerator, but it wasn't their fault. I will never buy anything from Sears. The impression that I got, was that there was some kind of design flow in the refrigerator, but the Sears guys wouldn't touch it. We didn't know it was under warranty, and we had someone else look at it, so as soon as Sears found out, they wouldn't touch it.

We had a good experience. It was very favorable. The service was satisfactory. They've done some other work for us a while ago. We have them all the time when we have a breakdown or something like that.

I haven't had a lot of experience with Mr. Appliance but they've been okay.

I had a terrific experience with them. My experience with them was excellent. I was very pleased. A lot of times franchise outlets are not that great, but the person who came out here was super. We've used him once before. We have had him, the same guy out here twice and really pleased with him. I was really surprised and pleased with him. He is really, really good. The quality of work was excellent. They came when it was convenient to us and pretty quickly, as I recall.

We used them one time, and we had a good experience. He was there on time, he was very thorough, and he explained everything to me, and checked every thing out, and recommended what could be done when he was done. He was honest with me about the pricing of the part, that I would have to purchase to fix the problem, and I thought the price was higher than I expected.So, I thanked them, and said that I will be getting new ones. The only thing that I paid, was for the service call. I knew that I would have to pay that. I thought the price of the service call was in line with everything else.
