I wouldn't use them again.
Description of Work: Mr. Appliance, well, they way way over charged me. They replaced a $25 part on my refrigerator. They charged me about $60 for the part and $200 for 20 minutes work. They told me there was a service fee of $85 which we go towards the repair and we said no, that is not the case. It's $85 to look at it and anything when we do repairs on top of that.

I am a very satified customer.
Description of Work: He came in and right away he knew the cause of the problem. My washer was not spinning and he quoted me a price to replace the part. He also told me that since I don't have children he could remove the part and it would work as well. He was very professional, and took no time to fix it. My machine is working to this day and very happy that he was honest with me and not give me the run around. Thank you for finding them for me. dvu
