Description of Work: Refrigerator repair. Excellent. We were going to replace it; cancelled the new fridge!

Description of Work: My Miele washer had an internal leak which was located by their technician, Daniel. A part was ordered and received the following week exactly in time for Daniel's scheduled return visit. He replaced the part and checked to make sure all was working well before leaving. He was very thorough and professional. Thanks Daniel!

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance came to fix my dishwasher. The technician came to the house, was on time and professional, and checked out the problem. He was not able to fix it at that first visit due to not having the part and having to order it. This is my only complaint. The part was delivered the following day and the follow-up appt was made. The same tech came out and fixed the problem. This was all done through a home warranty repair, and through my landlord, so I am not sure of the cost of the repair.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with Samsung refrigerator wherein status display and controls were not working. Looked up a reset procedure and performed reset and gave us the procedure for any possible future use.

Description of Work: Replaced a dishwasher. The dishwasher was under warranty but not any of the labor. He also checked the washer (quick fix)

Description of Work: worked on the oven. There was one item that needed fixed yet he told us it was not really cost effective and we might want to wait until it quits and get a new one. We were able to make an informative decision based on what he shared with us.Greatly appreciated his help and honest. Description of Work: Ice Maker continued to give us problems. They came out and tried several different fixes and finally replaced the entire motor. We have used this company since 2009 and have been very happy with them. The only reason for a "B" rating was the difficulty in diagnosing the ice maker problem. They have also been out to repair our washing machine and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Warranty problem with new Bosch dishwasher; first visit diagnosed problem, careful and creative work, ordered part. After part arrived, second visit & again creative work, adjusting a spring and other work to fix. Very satisfactory result. I have arthritis-like hand problems that could not open dishwasher; he fixed it so I can. Checked a run through cycle.

Description of Work: They were working on the refrigerator and fixed the seals but had to order drawer rails. When they weren't available in a timely manner they recommended to the Mfg to replace unit under service plan which they did.
