Description of Work: He checked out a noise our refrigerator was making. He informed us our temperature was set too low causing an ice buildup. He cleared the ice and reset the temperature. He said we could try to see if that solved the problem before sensors were replaced. He gave us an estimate in case that didn't work. So far,so good. We appreciate his professionalism.

Description of Work: Checked dryer why not heating. Cleaned years of lint from underneath dryer and around heating element. 15 yr old dryer working perfectly now.

Description of Work: Had a problem with my washer being really loud and vibrating sideways. There were actually two visits by Mr. Appliance. The first technician simply leveled the machine, but think if he'd actually run it through its cycle after leveling, he would have known it wasn't fixed. The second date of service (Jan 2015) technician thought that the movement of the washer was probably due to either kitty litter finding its way under the washer, causing it to move, or maybe the floor wasn't sturdy enough and I should bolster it from underneath the house with bricks. Never did get an explanation of what the noisiness was about, as that still wasn't addressed.

Description of Work: My gas stove had an electronic igniter that would stop working when the oven heated up. Mr. Appliance had seen this in the model and year that I have. They fixed this. I have not had an issue since.

Description of Work: We have used them previous to the latest visit. This was a service call for a leak in the washer and was resolved. A year ago they fixed a dishwasher when Sears said it would be a month to come under warranty . They were there in 24 hours over the holidays . Always prompt courteous and great service. Great customer service is hard to find. These guys are there unlike my Sears experience. Cost money because of warranty issue but worth it.

Description of Work: Our ice dispenser had been squeaking like nails on a chalkboard due to another service provider who hadn't fixed it properly and swore that there wasn't a problem and it worked as designed. Miguel came out and disassembled the ice dispenser and it now works perfectly. He was punctual and very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Replaced broken part. Replacement and service was excellent. Will use again if necessary.
