He was excellent and wonderful. He was good and very efficient. He was prompt and was neat. He took care of me without stress.

Their price was very reasonable and the people were professional and impressive. We would recommend them.

The experience went really well. It didn t take him long to realize that the motor was dead. He showed me what was going on. I kind of thought the motor was dead, but what do I know? He was straight forward and honest.

They cost a little more but offer a guarantee. They are usually able to come out quickly.

I guess I did that in previous box. I was very happy with the service--they gave me a two hour window during which they would show up and then a 15 minute call before they actually arrived. Very different from the "we'll be there between the hours of 8 & 5" people.

If I had read some of the Angie's List comments beforehand, I might not have selected this company, but we received excellent service and I am glad that I called them. We returned to our home in Bastrop from a trip on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to discover that our 6 year old Whirlpool refrigerator had quit and was full of spoiled food. Mr. Appliance responded promptly sending out a repairman exactly at the time they said on the day after Thanksgiving. Steven Tredway, the appliance specialist, was prompt, polite, efficient, and answered all our questions in a very helpful manner. Because he came prepared with what turned out to be the exact replacement part needed, he was able to repair the refrigerator immediately. I gave the B for price because I have no idea what an average price should be for this repair. I would recommend this company based on the service we received from Steven.

Mr. Appliance was friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. It was fixed promptly and they cleaned up the oven as well afterwards, so I was very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Appliance in Cedar Creek. (They serve Bastrop County.) Manuel is the service tech for our area. He is professional, friendly, and prompt. They are somewhat pricey, but they're EXCELLENT customer service more than makes up for that, e.g. Manuel has come by to do repairs after hours and on weekends.

Brandon was on time and polite. Mr. Appliance guys wear covers on their shoes to keep the floor clean, which I appreciate. The problem was a worn spot on the plastic hose. Most washers use rubber hoses, so this one had to be special ordered. That took about 10 work days. All total, I was without my washing machine for about three weeks, which was too bad. However, when the part came in, Mr. Appliance came back promptly and completed the work in about 45 minutes. There have been no problems since. I appreciate that Mr. Appliance does not charge extra for the service call, unless you decline their recommended service. I also appreciate that they state very clearly up front in your call exactly what their work policies are. This was my second time to use Mr. Appliance across about five years, and I have been very satisfied.

The quality of work varies with this company. We have had them out twice, and the first time went perfect. The second time it took the technician three different trips to solve the problem. He was a very nice guy, and he was trying, but he simply did not have the experience necessary for this job. They also triple charged me. I was shocked when I saw the credit card bill. It took them a long time to get the credit back on my account. It was a comedy of errors from start to finish.

The main reason we hired Mr. Appliance was because of their free price quote policy. They did not give us a quote however; the technician arrived at our house. They immediately started to replace parts without asking us. We wanted to shop around and see who would do it for the least, and we never even received a quote. The final bill was twice as much as we wanted to pay, so the free quote policy is very deceiving. Because of that we will not hire them again.

They were quick at what they did and they did an excellent job on my washing machine. I have also used them before with my dryer and they did a good job. We have not had any problems with their service and the price was reasonable.

The one point that really stood out to me about this experience was how honest he was with me. After determining the problem and the costs to repair it, he said it would probably be more cost efficient to just buy a new washer. The service charge for the call was minimal and I just really appreciated how honest and upfront he was about the whole ordeal.

Mr. Appliance sent someone over within a week, but then they had to order a part which took another two weeks, so we were without a dishwasher for three weeks, which didnt make us too happy, although it wasnt entirely their fault. When they finally did the work, it took about an hour and weve had no problems since.

They misdiagnosed the root of the problem. Yes it needed a new fan, but after he replaced it, I still had problems. I called on G.E and they pin pointed the problem. The door had a leak, which caused the problem with the fan. They cost me a lot of time and money and were terrible.

This company's service had a lot of room for improvement. Just a few days after they serviced the stove, the burner was uneven again. They wouldn t come back out to redo it. I felt like I was just ripped off for the $80.

The serviceman was pleasant enough and was able to correct the problem, although I couldn't tell you exactly what it was. I do know he was here for about two hours, hard at work the whole time. He did a nice job on my washing machine as it works fine now. They were reliable and trustworthy. I could count on them every time I used them.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED TIMELY AND PROFESSIONALLY; THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED AROSE; THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT.
