I decided to conquer "Mount Clothes-More" about the same time my washer decided it was going to go on vacation. Not to be discouraged, i decided to see if by chance i could get it repaired by the weekend. Called a few companies who either didnt answer the phone or when they did, it wasnt all that professional. Three times a charm I got Mr Appliance on the phone and low and behold they had an opening for the next day! The technician was very courteous and professional, even put on shoe covers before coming in! (I think he may have been protecting his shoes from all the toys scattered accross the floor lol) Anyway he gave me an estimate, probably a little more than i was expecting to spend but he had the part on his truck and repaired it right away. Said thier standard warranty was 1 year, so i felt good about the investment. Mount Clothes-More is no more (for this week) and I'll keep Mr. Appliance on speed dial for the future!

They were professional. They were very punctual. Probably the only point was that they were more expensive than I thought. I did get the problem fixed in a timely manner.

My refrigerator wasn't working. The guy said it was going to be the compressor that was not working. Then he said it might cost several hundred dollars. So they ordered the part and he said that it was going to take a while. It took about a week and half and when he came to fix it. He opened it up and saw that the compressor was fine. He said that he can't put the new one there as I didn't need it. He just did a little trick and it's just fine. I didn't have to pay anything. I would have never ever known the difference but he was very honest. They went above and beyond and that shows how up skilled they are. The sound that the refrigerator was making was equal to the sound that it would make before it would go out. So that was the reason I ordered the part but when he opened and said that he could not put that as it is fine I was very pleased because of his honesty. He had to come twice for the visit which was $65. Now everything is fixed and fine. I can never fault him because he ordered the part because seeing the age of the refrigerator, the sound it was making and as it was not functioning made perfect sense that it would cost and the only way was to take the part which he did and that involved a lot of work. Now I know that I can trust them.

They are excellent. They are really high. They did everything they said they were going to do. It took them several times to get it fixed, but they just stayed on the top of it.

I was discussing with him other washers and dryers to buy, and he recommended one and then told me to buy another one because it was too expensive to service. Basically, he stopped me from buying an appliance that in the end could cost me more for repairs than it would for purchasing it. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

They were great and came out for my neighbor too. They come on time; they diagnose it and fix it. Their prices are competitive and they are professional. I will use them again in the future.

this is an update on the service from Mr. Appliance .... I missed the "provider response" on Angie's list from Brandon (one of the managers) at the company, and he rang me today (sept. 2nd) to check in. He was very clear and straight forward in saying that he wanted to make sure that he made the situation right. Brandon said that he had looked over my review and checked in with his technician who acknowledged that he had not looked at the "other" end of the hose to the washer. So, he wanted to refund my fee of eighty nine dollars. Brandon did the refund while I was on the phone and got may email so he could send me a copy. I appreciated his call (and his response on Angie's list that I missed) and the fact that he was willing to look into the situation and straighten things out. I think that that is the best you can ask of a company. I think it takes a bit more energy to come up to the plate, admit a mistake has happened, and then rectify the mistake. I'm changing the grade I gave before ... and will ring Mr. Appliance again when we need their assistance. this was my first review: Overall, my experience with the fellow that came was fine - but he did not solve the problem, mainly because he did not bother to check the other end of the hoses - the ones coming from the water source. The Mr. Appliance fellow came out. He arrived within the time frame set up between myself and the company. He turned off the water, removed the hoses from the washer checked the little screens going into the washer, and checked the water pressure by turning the water back on. He acknowledged that the water pressure was pretty bad. He said that the problem was a pressure issue and that I should call in a plumber. As I mention above, the fellow did not bother to take off the other end of the hose and check it - which is what the plumber did when I called him out. And that is where the problem was located. I find it a little harsh to judge a company on one visit - but ... to pay a eighty nine dollar service fee, and have someone not check all the possibilities seems a bit off.

He looked at a couple of items and said it wasn't worth fixing them. He was last out to declare the dishwasher dead. We pay a deductible through our warranty company.

I got him through a recommendation which was given in a booklet from Angie's list. I was not very pleased with them for the longest time. They did keep coming back and I think we've got it resolved now. I had to call them many times to get them to come back. The last technician was good. He worked diligently to try and get to the bottom of the problem. The first guy told me that he would be back a couple of times and he never did show up. So I had to call them to try and get him back. Every time I talked to somebody in the office they were really nice. So I finally decided that I do not want that guy back. They did sent me another technician. So I guess they resolved it to my satisfaction finally. I thought the price was high. The quality ended up being good. I probably would not use their services again in the future.

It was $89 to diagnose the problem but that was applied to my bill. I requeted that the part be fed-ex'd as I was traveling in the next few days. Richard called me prior to coming out and then called me right away about when the part would be available. He was very courteous and used covers for his shoes when he entered my home. It wasn't necessary but I appreciated the cleanliness! I will continue to use them for any appliance needs I may have. I'm sure all of the techs were as responsive, clean, and courteous as Richard. The staff at the office were very courteous as well.

They were able to take care of that. I was impressed because it was an old appliance. They said that if it continued to happen at some point and if it has to be replaced, they gave me the approximate replacement price and installation and all that kind of stuff. I think it is for the short term. They were very good. They gave me a quote for replacement of a part when it finally dies. They gave me a replacement quote for the appliance itself. I am sticking with the appliance and letting it go until it completely breaks. I was pleased. I think the price is too bad. It is jut a service call and they were here for 15 minutes or so.

They were nice and recommended another company. They were also direct but it was too bad that we had to pay the service fee when they didn't actually fix the problem. I understand that they came out and diagnosed the problem. I would recommend them because they were to the point. They seemed honest and it was nice that they recommended another company that was able to do it.

I spent much more than I wanted to. I had a coupon from Angie's List. They charge by the job. They had to come out twice because they didn't have the part and they had to order it. I liked that they were available the next day. The workers were very nice. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were a little pricey but I assume everyone is. I would use them again.

Excellent, will call them again for any repairs needed.

The repairman showed up on time and did numerous checks on the system. He determined there was no leak causing flooding of the motor. He reset the machine and it works fine.

Do not use this company. This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a repair service. I should have realized that this company was going to be a problem on the initial call. The were somewhat rude and difficult to communicate with. Once they sent somebody out the work was not completed satisfactorily. When I tried to get them to come back out it was like pulling teeth. Finally, they claim that they give a price for the job and do not charge by the hour, but they wanted to charge me more for the second visit even though they didn't fix the problem. This is a very bad company.

They responded the day I called, assesed the problem and called the manufacturer and other suppliers to get the best price. They ordered the parts on the spot and as soon as the parts came in they returned and installed them. The serviceman, Jacob, was in uniform, neat, polite and very helpful. Although the parts were expensive the labor charge was fair.

Our washing machine had stopped working altogether. The technician came the day after the initial call was made. The technician found a part that had worn out and unsafe frayed electrical wiring coming from the appliance and a damaged plug. The part was difficult to locate because of the age of the machine. The technician located the part and then came to fix our washer on the day the part came in which was a Saturday.

Tech show up, found the problem, explained the fix, and HAD THE PARTS with him needed to make the repair. I LOVE one stop repair service!

I needed a washer inspected that had overflowed to determine what part failed (for insurance purposes). The washer had been moved out to the garage. Mr Appliance worked with me (as far as the hookup, having to use garden hoses in the garage) and was there the next business day with the inspection report. Very fast, and very professional (and very nice too). BTW - I used Angie's list to find an "A" scoring company with quite a few ratings (my 1st experience with Angie's list) :)

I found Mr. Appliance to be a very easy company to work with, they were on time, up front and tidy.

The repairman told us the cost of fixing the problem, but because it was too expensive to fix our very old dishwasher, we decided to buy a new one.

They didn't end up doing the work for us. We ended up being able to do the work ourselves because it was nothing major. I called them and they were able to come out the next day. I ended up calling them and telling them that we didn't need them. The only thing I didn't like about them was that basically if they came out, even if they didn't end up repairing it, there was a charge for them to just come out. Maybe that is standard, but it seemed a little high to me. It seemed high just to come out for a visit. They were responsive and able to get me an appointment within 24 hours. I might use them in the future but I would search for someone that wasn’t as high.

They installed a cooktop, a range hood, a wall oven, a microwave and trim kit, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. They provided great service. The technicians were knowledgeable. They were responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Their price was higher than the others. Their quality of work was good.
