Ken offered a service of coming to the house to fix my riding lawnmower (since I don't own a trailer). He already had an A rating on Angie's List. I sent him an e-mail. I went on to his website and provided information about my mower. He quoted me an estimate and we agreed on a date. The week of his appointment, Ken sent an e-mail asking me to confirm the date. He called prior to showing up. Ken did the work requested and the bill was just what he estimated. I mowed the grass yesterday and it worked better than it has in awhile.

My mower had sat in my garage for two years, not running, because I was not aware there was a repair man that would come to my home. I had no way of transporting my mower to a repair shop. I asked Ken for an estimate of what my mower might be worth as I'm retiring and want to sell it. He asked for the model number and told me it was probably worth $100, but warned me it might cost between $80 and $100 to repair and I might want to try to sell it as is. I told him I wanted him to fix it anyway as I would rather sell a working mower than a non-working mower, even if I lost money. I left my mower on my back patio and Ken worked on it while I was at work. He cleaned it up and told me it was in nice condition, barely used, and it's estimated value was closer to $150. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Ken, and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and neighbors who need assistance with their mowers.

Ken was great. He told me to leave my mower outside and he would come by and fix it. I did and he did. It was a great experience that someone does what they say and when they say and at a fair price. Thanks Ken. _dave

It went pretty well. A little confusion on the address on the first day he was supposed to be there, so he came the next day. Not a big deal to me. I thought the price a was a little high, (30.00 trip charge), but it was convenient, and he did come less than 2 weeks after my initial call to him. Everything is running great, so no complaints.

I contacted Ken via email and explained the problem that I was having with the Pressure washer, and from that he was able to give me a pretty accurate estimate of what it was and how much it would cost to repair. I had already done my research before contacting him and had come to the same conclusion that it was the carburetor. (I like to do my research, that way I feel informed and less likely to be taken advantage of.) Ken's service suited me great as I am unable to transport the washer! He showed up on time fixed the carburetor in just a few minutes and explained to me how to avoid this in the future. He's very professional and easy to work with.

Ken came with a whole trailer of tools. He quickly diagnosed and fixed all three and they now start easily. He's the best.

Home visit, coordinated entire job via email which was convenient, arrived on time and did quality work. Very pleased to have my equipment now be frustration free, with a frustration free and inexpensive service experience. You can even leave your equipment outside if nobody will be home, although my wife was home in this case.

Ken did the job in about an hour and my mower is humming and cutting beautifully!

Ken is very responsive and offers a great service for the price charged. He overhauled the carborator and did routine service of our power waher at the house in approx 1-2 hours.

My mower and trimmer were not running well. I didn't feel they would make another week so I went on Angie's list to see if there was mower repair. When I began reading all the positive responses from Ken's mobile mower service, I called on July 6th. After reaching Ken immediately we decided to leave the two machines in the backyard for his review. Ken is very much up to date with technology and suggested I go on line to input all the information. Once I send the message, it sends a text to Ken. I gave him authorization to fix that day if it was under $200.00. Wowand hellip; I am impressed with how Ken responded so quickly and is willing to come to your home. This was outstanding service. The mower and trimmer are now working great. Thank you for a well done job.

Ken arrived when promised and had my mower running in no time.The fact that he came to my home versus having to take the mower somewhere to be told one to two weeks was fantastic. I'm a customer for life.

Great! I called and got same day service. He performed the work after his normal business hours because the previous customer had taken extra time. Ken had told me he would to the job that day and followed though.

I ran over tree stump with mower. Could not transport mower to service center so I needed someone to come by the house. Sent an email to Ken and received an immediate response. Ken showed up on time and checked the mower for damage. Not finding any he serviced the mower and it runs very well now. Ken was very professional.

I e-mailed for an appointment, and got a fast return e-mail to schedule an appointment. Since I was going to be at work, I left the mower in the back yard. Ken came, did the work on site, and left an itemized statement for me.

I called them and they were here within two hours. The repairs were made within an hour and they then left. I am very pleased with the service. Afterwards, I wanted to charge it on my credit card and he said he would provide an invoice online. This would allow me to pay with PayPal. I assume he was trusting me to pay within the scheduled time.

Ken has a complete shop in his trailer (including PC to print a detailed invoice) and he did the work on my driveway...i'll never take a mower into a shop again. His service is top-notch.

great. he came out the day we scheduled . since the blade that was on it was not the right blade, he took that one off and put on a spare i had that was already sharpened. so he changed the spark plug, did an oil change and changed the air filter, cleaned up the mower and was out of here in a little over an hour

Ken's Mobile Service is just that. He comes to your house so you don't have to lug the mower to the shop. He sharpened blades on the mower and the edger and replaced the plugs in less than two hours. I will certainly use him next year.
