I bought an Angie's List deal fr tun up of the door. They contacted me right away, made an appointment, called the day of, and showed up on time. Emmett was professional and courteous. He asked me if I wanted to upgrade the rollers with no pressure to ball bearing ones. Working on cars, I know how much a ball bearing upgrade can make so I agreed. He performed all the services mentioned above fast and expertly. Now my garage wont shake and make such a racket when opening. It is smooth and quiet. Also, it opens the way it is supposed to instead of taking effort the whole way. Very happy with my experience.

Arrived in time window called him and he came outlined work he thought was needed and performed the job quickly.

I thought the arrangement that I purchased was a very fair financial deal. I was pretty satisfied with the work. Nothing in particular was done but it was all crisp and those are the people I'll use again. In case if I ever have any other requirements for garage repair for sure I'll be using them. It was the advertised price that I paid and I think it was priced fairly. For me it was a good deal because this was an emergency and it's not like the garage door didn't work, it just didn't work so well. I was pretty satisfied with the entire arrangement including the pricing. It was between the price range of $100 and $150. I did do some shopping around and also did a couple of other calls to get some estimates over the phone and my conclusion early on was what I was making with them was a better one for me. I have absolutely no complaints.

Beau was prompt, polite and professional. He went over what he was going to do as well as recommending things to consider in the future. He quickly and efficiently completed the repairs and I am happy with the work.

The contractor was on time, very professional and thorough. I would absolutely use them again!

After talking to the service person, I realized that the garage door spring was over 10 years old and had not been well installed originally. I obtained a price for replacing the spring, which is why I spent so much more than the tune up cost. If the spring had failed,there would have been no way for me to open the door. Now, with the tune up and the new spring, the door works better than it ever did. I will use this company again. O

The repairman came when he said he would. He explained everything he had to do to repair my garage door before he even started,, and he quoted the prices . He did a great job; he was very professional. The price was great.

It went great and I was very satisfied with them. They were checking out the garage door like looking at the realignment on it, gave us a bid price for a new one and just standard stuff like that. They are honest and very trustworthy

We have used Welborn 3 times over the last 4 or 5 years. Each time they were professional, courteous, and did the needed repairs. This last time, Emmitt came out on time. He fixed the problem, gave suggestions for non-essential repairs, and answered all my questions. Very good service!

Technician was prompt and completed the job quickly. He then pointed to another part of the garage door and said it would cause a future problem. He offered to fix it using a used part off the company truck - if I would pay him directly and separately ($40.00) from the bill the door company was owed. I agreed to his offer - but the part he added to my door does not appear to have been needed. He told me to ask for him if I need any work done in the future. His name was Tim - think I will use another door company in they future!

Our technicians name was Julio and he was very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure that we understood what was going to take place. He quoted us everything upfront. Instead of needing a new garage door, like the other company said we needed, he did the total repair for $122. The other company wanted to install a new garage door for $900. He was awesome. We would absolutely use them again.
