Replaced both springs on garage door. Checked everything out to make sure nothing else was wearing out.

I picked this company because they quoted a price that was $30 less than another company I called. The technician showed up on time and replaced my broken garage door spring with two new springs in about 45 minutes. The guy did a good job and the door works fine. My only complaint is the amount they charged me for a replacement part. One of the wire cables on the side of the garage door needed to be replaced and the guy said it would be $40 for a replacement cable. When I said that sounded high for a seven foot cable he said the best he could do was $35. I agreed to the price since the cable had to be replaced. I looked online and found several places that sell the same cable for around $5. I understand the need for a company to mark up its parts to make a profit, but charging $35 for a $5 part speaks for itself.

A tech came out to our house to look at our unit and determined that solar was not the best option for what we had. He spent 3 hours with us and taught us everything we needed to know about our gate as we were new homeowners to this property. He ended up not charging us a penny for this project but we will use this company in the future as they were very helpful and did not aim to just make money off of us!

I was worried that my dog had chewed up the wires and that was causing the problem, but it was just that the sensor needed to be adjusted. I was very pleased! They called afterwards to do a follow up!

It worked out pretty good. I had to call them and remind them that I got this deal. I'd give them a B. I had to remind them that I paid for it.

Richard came out and installed the LiftMaster 8550W. There was some confusion on the time we were scheduled for and which opener I was getting. Once that was resolved Richard did a great job.I was not charged extra for the high ceiling mount or the remote keypad installation. I can recommend them with confidence.

Responded quickly to my request. Installer came the day of my request and returned two days later to do the work. The job was done well. The installer was courteous and helpful.

The door works much better now, and is quieter than the other door.

Very efficient. Result is a significant improvement in operation. Carefully explained all aspects of operations (especially the remote opener) and made recommendations about eventual need to replace spring.

We bought the package for roller replacement but ended up needing new doors all together. If you think you might need new doors, have them out first - the package doesn't allow for transfers so I lost the $99 spent for roller replacement and tune-up.

After searching Angie's List for a highly rated company that doesn't do hard upsells, I called Welborn at 6:30 at night. Troy (?) answered all my questions and even told me that my single doors needed only single springs each (I thought I'd need double spring upgrades). He probably spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, because I didn't want a "free" visit/estimate - I wanted ballpark answers to help me decide. Emmett came right on time the next day and did a great job replacing the springs and rollers. He did a very good soft upsell on the headers and attachment brackets, letting me know they were available and why they're recommended without any pressure (I'm in marketing, so I hate sales pressure). Now that my tax refund is gone, I intend to use them again (with the next tax refund, likely) to put insulation on my steel garage doors so that my garage doesn't get so hot in the summer. I highly recommend them as a professional company that treats its customers right.

Service available that afternoon but only promised a 4-hr window. Despite that tech actually called and arrived 10 mins early and was very willing to wait until I could get home in time. Was somewhat disappointed that they can't/won't repair TorqueMaster springs supposedly to quality concerns and must do a full replacement with different outer spring system. But the work only took 1 hour of the 1.5 estimated while I waited.

Found them on Angie's List search after we had a spring break on our double wood garage door. The person answering the phone (around 1:30pm) said they could get someone out before 6pm for an estimate. About 30 min later I got a call from their tech, Emmett, who said he could come buy in 30 min. As promised, he showed up and took a look at the job. He took measurements and recommended replacement of all four springs since the remaining three were the same age as the broken one. He also suggested new bearings and torsion cables. Given the complexity and inherent danger of working on these coil springs, I thought it fair to have him do the suggested replacements while he had the mechanism apart. He gave me a quote and wanted to check his truck to see if he had the parts on hand. Turns out he had the four springs needed for my door on his truck and he said he could do the repairs immediately. I authorized the work and he immediately began getting set up to remove the old parts. I got to watch the removal of the old springs and he explained how so many DIY'ers get seriously injured when trying to replace these springs. Without the right tools and know-how, it is easy to see how one mistake could easily send someone to the hospital. Emmett was polite, professional, and quick. He answered all my questions, made some suggestions about my garage door openers, and even lubricated another door. He left the work area clean. Total time from initial call to completed work, approximately 3 hours. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I will use them again in the future.

When I called I called for service I was given a window they would be out in. They called back to let me know the tech was running late and it would be near the end of my window before he could get to me. Later Emmett, the tech called and was able to make it much earlier. He gave me my options for repair and explained each one and answered all of my questions about the repair. He made the repairs needed, then made a few adjustments to the DIY I had done and made a few recommendations for possible future work and suggested regular tune-ups to keep the door operation properly. I was very satisfied with the price and service I received.

Job was successful. The guy was on time, polite and did a great job. He was able to adjust the rollers so that the garage would open all the way. He also helped me reset the door code to the garage.

They showed up and go to work. They got around with it. A single person did it.

Technician was very professional. Arrived within 10 minute designated window. Gave me all the different price options. Performed all needed work. Job site left spotless. Technician on time, performed work, didn't talk much, maybe a little expensive.

They arrived on time and did the work as promised, but unfortunately I ended up paying much more than I had anticipated. Specifically, they told me that I need to buy special cables and other items for the door which increased the cost of the service.
