They did a good job with packing our belongings and with storing them for a week, but when a final delivery date was scheduled, they were very late and had to reschedule.

They were very efficient. They gave me an estimate and stuck with it. When I was ready to move I had all my items taken out of storage and moved into the new home. I don't recall anything being missing when we were done and things turned out well.

They called me at the time they were supposed to be arriving, and canceled on me. My objection is that they could have waiting for the weather to clear and come anyways. I will not be using them again.

I have used them many times. They are very professional. Once they packed a truck for me and did a very good job. I would use them in the future if needed.

I found them through internet research and I chose them because of their price. Their quality was high.

These guys loaded a truck with boxes I had packed. They wrapped up all of my furniture. They took extra care with my stuff. Then they drove me down to the Houston area and unloaded everything. They setup all of my furniture the way I wanted it.

It was a really bad experience. I had an afternoon move which was a big mistake. The crew of 3 showed up about 30 min late. They were already exhausted from a move earlier in the day. As they walked through the house they groaned about the amount of furniture that we had in the house and it felt like I was putting them out. Two of the workers worked hard, but a 3rd hardly worked at all. He was on his phone half the time and not in any rush. They didn't wrap my large furniture well and cabinets swung open on a few items while trying to move them. Overall it took more than 6 hours and they had to bring in a 2nd truck to try and finish it on time. The 2nd crew was not happy to be called out for a 3rd job and only one of the guys in that crew really worked. Once it was all over I had to call the manager to discuss my issues figure out the final cost. Overall the experience was horrible and I wouldn't use them again.

A few fragile things were damaged, but we discovered it only when unpacking sometimes after the movers had left to another job. However I should say that they were courteous and efficient while unloading. After we contacted several moving companies we had been under the impression that this was a good company practicing slightly lower prices than its competitors. They turned out to be more expensive than expected. However they were in time both for pick up and delivery, something we appreciated.

Overall, it did not go as they never provided the services they were contracted to do.

My move was scheduled for a Saturday but they ran late on their last move so it was pushed to Sunday morning. I had to call several times during the day to find out what the deal was and why no one was showing up. Sunday morning arrives and they show up an hour late (this was the first move of that day) and only with 2 people when they promised a minimum of 3. They took their sweet time and took way too long to load the truck even though everything was altready packed for them. They are paid by the hour by the way. The third guy showed up 2 hours later. One of the guys tried to stack way too much on a dolly and navigate down curved stairs and dropped my valuable nightstand down the stairs which damaged the wall. I got them to agree to pay but they never contacted my landlord as agreed and could not remember any claim regarding this move. How convenient. I had to pay $250.00 for the repair. Overall the guys were nice and courteous but the experiece was less than desirable. I will be hiring someone else in the future.

Horrible would be an understatement. Don't use them to move even a dog house.

The movers did a good job. Four guys showed up and had my house packed up and ready to go in no time. No furniture was damaged even though we moved from one two story to another two story and had a lot of heavy items. The guys even joked around with my kids. .

They were fantastic. The most impressive thing is that they quilt wrap every piece of furniture because I was moving into a new house with wooden flooring and I was worried about the floor getting scratched. They were just excellent about it. They were right on-time, made a second trip because the truck was not big enough to accommodate everything, so, we were very pleased with them. I would continue to use them without any hesitation.

Overall, it went well. They sent three men to handle my job. They disassembled my beds and washer/dryer. I also a few extremely heavy items. They took extra care of my fragile pieces and were very helpful even when I couldn't decide where to put furniture in the new house (Christopher should be an interior decorator).

They were on-time & fairly efficient. The two young men doing the work were cordial and friendly. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes of starting, one of them dragged a shelf cabinet across our hardwood floor & left a prominent scratch. We had them record & sign an admission of the damage & they were apologetic & agreed to be more careful. So after our move we submitted a claim on the floor damage. After receiving no reply we wrote another letter several weeks later asking for their followup on the damage. In reply to the second letter the company simply phoned my wife & told her that our claim was filed after the required deadline, even though we filed the main claim immediately. Apparently their strategy is to ignore a timely claim and then when the customers contacts them again, they can stonewall & declare the claim "too old." Living elsewhere by then, it wasn't worth the cost of a lawsuit and traveling back to our former city of residence to deal with it. Beware.

This organization was a complete nightmare. I had several boxes come up missing on the delivery. I felt very uncomfortable around them from the start. I had lamps broke and they didn't unpack any of my property on delivery. The men that showed up didn't look very presentable at all. They were late on delivery as well. I had a very bad experience with them.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL MY SONS MOVING WAS A VERY POSITIVE ONE. THE MOVERS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY ASSISTED NOT ONLY IN THE ACTUAL MOVING OF FURNITURE, BUT ALSO WITH DISMANTLING AND SETUP (WHEN NEEDED). I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
